  So glad we found this place! With family from out of state, it was the perfect way for all of us to be together instead of having to stay in hotel rooms. AND, we didn't have to eat out the whole time. A quick trip to the grocery store and we were set. The gourmet kitchen was breath-taking and had everything we needed. The entire house had everything we needed! Blankets, pillows, games, movies, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were just gorgeous and include a slide and waterfall (which is where we spent most of our time). The owner was spectacular! He was so easy to work with and checked in periodically with a phone call to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. He truly was great! I highly recommend a stay at this house, you won't be disappointed.

  Gosh! What else can i say except that our experience TOOK OUR BREATH AWAY! This home is BEAUTIFUL! It has so much space to rest, play, have stillness... i couldn't ask for a better place to have a retreat. The pool, the waterfall, the view of the pacific, MAN! We spent time together and in solitude, and there was ample space for both. The owner was a high-light in and of himself as he was accomidating, helpful and kind. I've never rented anywhere i felt so at home and welcome! This home is a gift in everyway! I can't wait for an excuse to go back!

  For the second year in a row our college student government leaders opted to spend their time at the Western White House. We are able to have our meetings, have fun breaks by the pool, get to and from the beach easily, have team builders on different parts of the grounds, cook for ourselves in the spacious kitchen, play board games, watch movies (there is a good PG selection provided), and have a slumber party of bonding. The site is good because everyone is in one place and focused on getting prepared for the school year yet it is big enough for people to have private conversations, do small group work, or for an introvert to rejuvenate in the midst of their peers. Brad was very accommodating, communicative, and helpful. The students loved the wifi. I loved the master bedroom! ;)

  We came to San Clemente from UCLA for a men's retreat and the owner was extremely flexible. The house has a beautiful view and back yard. Plenty of space for activities and meetings especially for larger groups. I would recommend this house for any large groups and families that are planning to go on vacation.

  Our family of 10, from all over the continent, met at this home for a wonderful Christmas! A very spacious and inviting house that was perfect for our big group. We could all gather in the large living room (with an inviting open and expansive kitchen, attached) or retreat to our respective rooms. It was perfect. The outside living space was also an outstanding area to have your morning coffee or take advantage of the notorious So. CAL sunsets! Would highly recommend this property!

  We love this property and the owners. We have stayed a few times and the service is impeccable. You have complete privacy but if something needs attended to the owners son Colby is like a personal assistant. The folks before us either broke or took the hair dryer. Within an hour he delivered a new one. Coffee pot broke it was replaced with no hassle and no charge. Can't say enough about the customer service component. The property itself is stunning with fabulous Pacific Ocean views of the California coastline. If you are into the culinary arts as we are, this is the finest kitchen we have experienced in upscale vacation properties. The counter space and island is over the top with beautiful thick granite. It makes for a fantastic social atmosphere for eats and laughter. Also the town is quaint and cute with a friendly beach town feeling, laid back but several outstanding restaurants and shopping boutiques. The beaches and topography are as beautiful as we have seen in our world travels. The house is hugh and spacious with a masterbedroom that can sleep a family by itself. We shared the reasonable cost with another family this year and never felt crowded or cramped. This is the perfect family vacation home and we enjoyed our Thanksgiving week immensley.

  I came to this GORGEOUS house with high expectations- and let me tell you...I was pleasantly surprised that my time spent here was even better than I could have anticipated. My friends and I had an amazing time sightseeing, going to the beach, the shops on Del Mar, eating and drinking out at all of the AMAZING local finds- but we would have still had had a blast even if we just stayed in. The house has the perfect layout to fit plenty of people. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, there are two living rooms, plenty of beds, and the backyard is way beyond anything that I've ever seen. There is a beautiful pool with a waterfall and a jacuzzi. There is plenty of seating, and the view is UNREAL. It literally looks like the Pacific Ocean is right in the backyard. Needless to say, I'll be back, and I'll be telling anyone who is coming down to San Clemente, or Southern California in general to stay here. Absolutely amazing. Loved every minute of this vacation. Favorite, by far.

  A group of friends and I were able to rent this house for about a week in the beginning of summer. The location was perfect- minutes to the beach and restaurants and just a close enough taxi ride to the local bar scene where it wasn't rowdy at all at night once we got home. What we liked most about this location was that during our stay, we were secluded into what felt like our own mini paradise (the backyard is gorgeous with a swimming pool, BBQ, hot tub, two huge TV's, sound systems and large lounge areas.) There was plenty of space and plenty of beds so that we were all comfortable all week long. I definitely will be renting this house again for our next vacation and would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to rent in this city.

  What a delight and perfect location for our family to get away to. The beaches are the best and everything is within approximately a mile to a mile and a half away. Downtown is a little "Village by the Sea" So many nice quaint restaurants and shops. State Beach is literally down the Hill San Clemente Pier is the finest we have visited This home is nestled in a very secluded upscale neighborhood with ultimate privacy we literally never saw the neighbors. Swimming pool and spa with a slide the KIDS favorite. The house is comfortable elegance not stuffy but clean spacious and family friendly, we had 12 in our party with beds to spare. Beautiful Granite throughout the home with massive triple bullnose in the kitchen where we hung out most. And last the owners are like having your own property manages available at your beck n call. Their place is pretty self contained like more towels than you could possiblly use and everything like tin foil and paper towels are supplied but a great example of their willingness to help we broke the blender and rather than acting disappointed they had a new blender to us within an hour and would not let us pay for it. This is prefect for a family retreat and we rebooked for the the Holidays.

  My family just returned from a wonderful week at the Western White House. The house fit our needs beautifully and the pool was terrific. We loved the huge kitchen and the wonderful space that let us all play in different areas. The owner was very responsive and available to our needs. We would love to return for another vacation.
