We are looking for a tenant who wants a special getaway from the big city (Washington DC, Baltimore, or Philadelphia, for example) for extended periods...minimum of three months at a time. Minutes from the Hyatt Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, you can play golf and pamper yourself, but stay at a luxury condominium for much less money.
Enjoy this small town with big city attractions. Stroll along the Choptank River in the morning before breakfast. Gourmet dining at the Chesapeake Hyatt Resort or walk to Portside or Snappers, local seafood restaurants. Enjoy dinner on the balcony overlooking the water. The Canvasback Restaurant is excellent and has the best crab cakes in town! The Cambridge Diner serves hearty, tasty soups and sandwiches. Enjoy local art galleries and the annual Waterfowl Festival in Easton in November... a must! This migratory area is filled with birds, especially in the fall and winter when "Winged Migration" is a Cambridge reality. Blackwater Wildlife Refuge is but a short drive away for bird watchers.
