The theme of this unit's Decor is Caribbean Escape, it gives the guests the impression of tropical Paradise.
It offers a sophisticated and fun appeal with deep wood textures complimented by luscious red that will take you away. Each room offers a different personality for you to indulge your senses, with the same recurring island theme. With fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, master bath with jacuzzi tub, three TV's, three DVDs, and CD player, all you need to bring along with you is your good spirit.
St. Lucia have a nice view of the ocean, located in the middle of the resort with a walkway to the great lagoon in the middle of the resort then the beatiful white sandy beach.

We stayed in this condo last summer from June 2-June 5. It was an absolutely gorgeous condo with everything we needed. We traveled with another couple and our two small children (1 year and 6 months at the time). The amenities were great. We loved hanging out at the pool and the beach was crystal clear. Booking the condo was super easy and the owner was very communicable and quick to respond.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

The view is obstructed. I expected a better view. I contacted Brian because one of the televisions did not work. He said he would send a someone out on Saturday. No one came to the condo. Condo is very nice. I just did not expect a view of the parking lot.Owner response: Dear Yvette, I am sorry the view did not meat your expectation. The unit is advertised as ocean view and not ocean front unit, the posted pictures of the balcony and bedroom view are exactly what you see from the unit. I took these picture with my standard Sony cyber shot camera. The pictures are not edited. I am not very happy with the picture because in real life the ocean view is much bigger and closer than what appears in these pictures. At Silver shells we have parking around each building, if you look down you will see the parking lot, but if you look strait will see the ocean view. this unit have ocean view from both bedrooms, the living room, the balcony and the kitchen. From the inside of the unit you only seen the ocean view and you will not see the parking lot. We frequently enjoy seeing the colorful air balloons flying over the water with advertisement during the summer, from the balcony or from the kitchen while having a refreshing snack. The beauty of St. Lucia building, is that the rates are reduced to reflect ocean view rates, but actually you are in an ocean front resort where the private beach and 3 pools are few steps away from the unit and you do not have to cross a street to get to ocean, like other usual ocean view units. I asked Brian about the TV and he said the remote needed new batteries, this unit have 3 TVs, 3DVDs, and one stereo system, to my knowledge, you made reservation for only two adults, if one TV not working there is 2 other that do. There is extra batteries in the unit all the time and Brian had shared the location with you. The furniture of this unit was custom designed to increase guest comfort, which I take it very seriously, most of my guests are returning guest because they love the unit, the resort with its ample amenities and the excellent location to most attraction in the Destin area.

Condo was extremely nice. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. You can walk to the Back Porch restaurant, one of our favorites in Destin. Large pool area with a small one at the St. Lucia property. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Beautiful condominium. This place looks brand new and is very well furnished. Owner is friendly and easy to deal with for reservations. The accomodations made our stay in Destin a treat.
