Walton and Destin, Sandpiper 601at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is less than a minute to the Lazy River and in walking distance to the beach, gulf-front restaurants, the Convention Center, Gulfarium, and Fishing Pier. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 private balconies. The master bedroom balcony has a breathtaking view of the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf. The living room balcony overlooks scenic Choctawhatchee Bay, the lush landscaping of our 700 ft Lazy River Pool, heated pool with Waterfall pool, zero entry pool and hot tubs.. Our condo is part of Destin West Beach and Bay Resort which provides our bayside guests access to the Gulfside fitness center, large pool with separate hot tub, kiddie pool and spray park.

Written in our guest book: We absolutely loved your condo!! Everything was so comfortable and decorated so nicely. Loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the balconies. Our three boys loved the Lazy River, beach and all the excellent seafood this area has to offer. Hate to leave this behind - can't wait til next year.

We can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay here. Year 2 was even better than the first time! You have such a wonderful condo and we really love it. It felt like we were coming home again! We're spoiled and don't want to go anywhere else. Thanks, again!
