Beautiful condo in best location with great rates. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in one of the very best locations right next to the gondola. Walk just a mere 75 yards through One Steamboat Place's new pedestrian walkway to the gondola, the Steamboat Children's center and ski school, and all the shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. in Gondola Square. You don't even need to cross a street to get to the slopes!
The shuttle stops directly across the street and will take you into town, to the movies, the grocery store, etc. There is truly no need to rent a car at this location (if you fly into Steamboat, you can take a shuttle to the Snowflower). Across the street is a smaller, but lovely grocery and liquor store that has great hamburgers,chili, sandwiches, salads, precooked gourmet dinners, etc. all at very reasonable prices.
Enjoy the beautiful year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub after a great day of skiing. The home is beautifully decorated, cheerful and sunny, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs (coffee machine, crock pot, service for twelve, etc), and has a breakfast bar that seats three. The dining room table seats 10, and there is also a game table.
We have lots of dvds, books, games, magazines, etc. for both kids and grown-ups. Enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and valley from the deck. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, have their own private bath. The other two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, share a bath. The beds are all adorned with beautiful hand stitched quilts. We also have a portable twin for a child to sleep on.

We love our home at the snowflower - it is sunny, lovely, works great for two families and is an awesome location. Steamboat has it all - great skiing, snow, town and restaurants and tons of activities that are all easily accessible and reasonably priced! In addition to the world famous skiing, here are some of the other activities Steamboat has to offer: Strawberry Hot Springs - relax in the beautiful, natural spring fed hot springs just 10 minutes from Steamboat; Horsebackriding, Snowmobiling; Tubing down the Yampa; Ski Jumping at Howelson; Ice Skating; Cross Country Skiing; Snowshowing; Hiking and lots more!!!

My husband, Bill, and I have triplets (two sons and one daughter - that's them in the picture) that are now 11 years old. We all LOVE to ski and our favorite place to ski is, of course, Steamboat. It's has a little bit of everything - groomers, steeps, bumps,shoots and of course, Steamboat's famous tree skiing. There's always place to be found on the mountain where you can ski in solitude. When you top it off with Steamboat's unsurpassed Champagne Powder, the mountain can't be beat. We also love the downtown area and the fact that Steamboat is a real western town that's down to earth and has a lot of soul. Summers are great too with lots of easily accessible activities - biking down the mountain, on the Yampa trail, tubing, hiking, tennis, music festivals or strolling the downtown area - all under beautiful, crystal clear blue skies and dry, cool nights. It's hard not to fall in love with Steamboat - Ski Town USA.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Snow Flower, steps away from the Gondola, parking is very easy. Hot tube and pool great to relax. A gem was found and will be used again. Thank you.

This condo really fit the bill for our family and extra friends. Steps away from the gondola so the boys got an early start on the slopes. We were able to come home and enjoy lunch without missing much of the ski day. The pool and hot tub were super relaxing and good fun at the end of the day. Kitchen fully stocked. I enjoy cooking-it have EVERYTHING I needed for a hearty end of the day feast for 8 people. I highly recommend this property!

Hi Leila, We had a fantastic trip!! It snowed every day we were there, and the skiing/boarding was great. The condo was really nice...loved the location, supplies, view, , the roominess, very comfortable, and everyone slept well. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything, and the local grocery store was a very cool place. I looked like a hero for the choice : ))) I appreciate all your help, and hopefully we can make it back next year. Thanks!Charles

This beautiful condo is right across from the lifts. You DO NOT NEED A CAR. We flew into Steamboat and saved a great deal without a car. You can walk or take the shuttle to restaurants & shops. Our teenage grandkids took the shuttle to the movies. It is the perfect location. Everyone can do whatever they like without waiting for everyone else. The pool & hot tub are wonderfully relaxing after a long day skiing. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It has beautiful bedding. The kitchen is well equipped. Leila recommended great restaurants. It's the best place we've ever stayed in Steamboat!

spacious and close to gondola. great view from balcony (i did several drawings looking west). kitchen very well stocked with all the right knives, pots, pans, spices etc. walk to the steamboat grand across the street and check out the always open out door pool action (just act natural) and high end western furniture (yep, that was a live cow just yesterday). stroll over to one steamboat place (next door) for it's classic hemingway hand written drinking man's ode to work. more than your typical ski condo.

My family stayed here recently and what a PERFECT location it is! Getting to the gondola was an easy walk for my 5 and 7 year old even while carrying their own skiis! The pool and HUGE hot tub were very well maintained and were perfect after a day on the slopes. Within a block radius to the property there is multiple restaurants, bars, shops and even a grocery store. Once arriving we had no need for our vehicle. The floor plan is perfect for a multiple family stay as it has 2 master suites. The kitchen was spotless and fully appointed with everything that we needed. We visit Steamboat every year and we think this is the best value around!
