Edgewater Beach Resort is rated in the top 100 resorts in the world. Come and enjoy the World's Most Beautiful Beaches in the comfort of a spacious, 1254 square foot, Golf Villa with a Beach View!

The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and the Master bath has a mirrored garden tub. The guest room has two Queen-size beds and there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three TV's with DVD/VCR's. This condo is loaded with extra's such as, hair dryers mounted on the wall in each bath and two irons with ironing boards to make packing a little easier. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. 11.5% tax, Cleaning Fee: $100.00, Damage Deposit $250 for 25 years and older.(Spring Break $400). We require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Come and enjoy the beach with us!

We also have available another 2-bedroom/2 bath condo at Edgewater Beach Resort -NEXT DOOR- that sleeps 8.

Hey Steve, Just wanted to touch base and let you know my family and I really enjoyed our trip to Panama City and the use of your condo. The location of the Condo was perfect for us. Debbie, I am sorry for the delay, but I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time last weekend in Panama City. It was my first visit there and I was very impressed with the beaches, the atmosphere and your spacious accommodations. Debbie and Steve Back in Ottawa after an extended trip back via St Augustine and Toronto. We enjoyed very much staying in your Condo.
