The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and the Master bath has a mirrored garden tub. The guest room has two Queen-size beds and there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three TV's with DVD/VCR's. This condo is loaded with extra's such as, hair dryers mounted on the wall in each bath and two irons with ironing boards to make packing a little easier. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. 11% tax, Cleaning Fee: $75.00, Damage Deposit $250 for 25 years and older.(Spring Break $400). We require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Come and enjoy the beach with us!
