My family had wonderful stay at the Santa Clara house this past September. The home is very spacious and beautiful. It is steps away from the white sandy beaches and it also has it's own private pool right outside the back door. It is a mile from down town Seaside which makes for a great jog in the morning, if you are a runner. The elevator in the home was great for my mother, who suffers from COPD, to move easily from floor to floor. I recommend the Santa Clara home to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation or to a group of friends that want to get away and forget about the everyday grind!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I recently rented the Santa Clara house for a family vacation, some that have never met. The house and location are spectacular. There was something for everyone. Our family was amazed at the beauty of the house and we all had a wonderful time at Seagrove Beach. Some were up early in the mornings and were lucky enough to see dolphins at sunrise! All of this just a few steps away! Overall we could not have asked for a better experience. The ease in the house is great, everyone had their own privacy, and the great room was just that--great. Family meals were so easy...the layout and the appliances, WOW. People are still talking about it, and we're thinking of making it an annual event. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
