  I stayed in unit A3 and loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and well stocked. I was pleasantly suprised to see how much was included in the condo. It came stocked with paper towels, washing powders for the dish washer and the washing machine. It was replaced several times throughout the week.There was a Vonage phone in the unit which came in handy a couple of times. The view from the condo was great. We could see the pool and the beach from the balcony and the roof top terrace. Each room in the condo had a there own thermostat for the a/c. The beach in front of the condo was clean, soft sand and pretty blue water. It was easy entry into the water. There is a small area with a few rocks but you can easily walk to either side of the rocks to enter the water. There was not any large beach shelf to get to the water like in most places in Playa Del Carmen. The guy who works the beach and sets up the chairs was very friend and helpful. He even delivered food and drinks from Fusion. The pool was a nice beach from infiniti pool which was heated to a pleasant temp. We spent a lot of days swimming in the warm pool. :) The condo is centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. There are many great restaurants and bars with in a couple min walk. Also Fusion next door has fire dancers everynight on the beach which you can watch from the beach in front of the condo. We rented directly from the owner and he was great to work with and will be renting from him again for our trip next year.

  We stayed at this Condo for a week and loved it loved it loved it !!It fit our needs perfect.Loved the staff Angie she was so accomidating.We requested some tea towels and some extra glasses and she brought them to us right away.It was very clean , excellent location.Very nicely designed inside loved the decor.We loved the giant BBQ on the penthouse and did use it a lot.Loved the fact there was a phone to use to call home.I really do not have anything bad to say except I wish they could put a long mirror maybe on the wall in the hallway and a dish rack for drying dishes .I guess I just want to make it like home . It is a ideal location walking distance to everything.All in all I hope we can come back and stay in your fabulous condo again...Family from Calgary Pervina

  I stayed with the owner and her daughter. Not far from the airport, private transportation can be arranged through Chaddie. The building has an elevator. The unit is large, with the roof top area open to 360 views. This space could accomadate fifty people comfortably. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. We went for a massage too. Wal mart is nearby with the best selection of fresh seafood along with other food and beverage items. I will be returning. Thank you Chaddie!

  We have stayed at this location 4 times. There is nothing to describe it but "awesome". Everything about it is perfect including the location. I have always felt safe in Playa also. You can't go wrong!!!

  I finally found a place I want to go back to, time after time...owner was awesome, unit was better than expected, super clean...everything was there we needed...roof top has great view...on the beach and only 200 feet from famous fifth ave...a true taste of mexico with all the american conveniences...i'm already re-booking!

  My husband and I have been to this property numerous times. We love it!!!! The staff is always helpful and the view of the water from all areas of the condo make the time spent in Playa so relaxing. My family plans on going back soon.

  We just returned from a wonderful week in PDC. Condo A3, as well as Luna Encantada, is a fantastic place. The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful and the CBP staff were extremely helpful. Thank you for making our family vacation the best ever!

  The condo is perfect - absolute paradise!! We had a wonderful time, and the location to town and the beach could not be better. The whole process with Caribbean Beach Properties went smoothly, and we will be recommending this condo (or any condo in Luna Encantada, really) to everyone. We traveled with small children, and it was awesome!!
