The front bedroom has a queen bed and a writing/laptop desk. There is dining for four in the dining area, and counter/bar seating. Th kitchen has tuscan tumbled marble countertops, dishwasher, microwave, smooth-top range, and frig w/ice maker. Off the kitchen there is a full size washer & dryer.
The back patio has been updated with 20" tile and is private for dining, complete with a gas grill. There is also a covered area off of the Master Bedroom.
This condo is just 1.5 blocks from the Fountain Park, and the shopping area of downtown. This is a quiet complex where you can relax and enjoy the weather and all that Fountain Hills offers. You are just minutes away from Scottsdale or Mesa. There is a cosino right outside of town, and a recreational lake a half hour away.
