This very comfortable condo is a newly decorated ground floor unit. There is a front courtyard with Bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee.
The living area is tiled with comfortable seating, large TV with DVD/VCR. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, cable TV and a large attached bath with a large soaking tub/shower. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a writing/laptop desk. There is dining for four in the dining area, and counter/bar seating. Th kitchen has tuscan tumbled marble countertops, dishwasher, microwave, smooth-top range, and frig w/ice maker. Off the kitchen there is a full size washer & dryer.
The back patio has been updated with 20" tile and is private for dining, complete with a gas grill. There is also a covered area off of the Master Bedroom.
This condo is just 1.5 blocks from the Fountain Park, and the shopping area of downtown. This is a quiet complex where you can relax and enjoy the weather and all that Fountain Hills offers. You are just minutes away from Scottsdale or Mesa. There is a cosino right outside of town, and a recreational lake a half hour away. There are many new and exciting things going on that will make your time here very enjoyable.

Year Purchased: 2005
We have owned rental properties in our home state of Iowa for 30 years. We purchased this condo in 2005 and have rented it since that time. We are not quite ready to retire and spend our winters in Arizona, but we hope to in the near future. We love Fountain Hills and think it is a great place to spend time and relax.

We love that you can easily walk to the Fountain Park and enjoy a scenic stroll or power walk around the lake, stop for a coffee or get a treat, and be envolved with all the activities that go on in the park.

My wife and I had a great stay at Krista Hutson's condo in Fountain Hills. The place was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with bed linen, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Everything worked well and the layout of the condo was well thought out. The area was quiet with quiet neighbors. There are all varieties of stores in Fountain Hills but Scottsdale and Mesa just next door, so FH is an almost perfect location away from metro Phoenix, yet close enough if you want to get to anywhere in the area. We would come back if we ever decided to spend another month or two in the Phoenix area.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
