Why the Owner Chose Pine Island
We love to vacation in the Outer Banks and to do family reunions there. We wanted to purchase an oceanfront property with a pool, theatre room, and other high end amenities. Instead, we purchased a beautiful home as a starting point, did some extreme renovations and voila - now we have Casa Blanca, an amazing oceanfront property in upscale Pine Island.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Casa Blanca is unique. Casa Blanca enjoys both ocean and soundfront views, is very private, located far away from the road and traffic, and is located on a private quiet street. Watch sunsets while sitting on the front deck overlooking the sound.
A semi-private club where you can book time on tennis courts, work out at a fitness center and even get tennis lessons. Within 1/2 mile of Casa Blanca.

We are a family of two adults, 3 children and 2 dogs, who say: I love to stay at Casa Blanca when I visit the Outer Banks because it is a dog friendly property in Corolla. I can enjoy running on the beach, sunning by the pool and cabana, relaxing in the theatre room, and watching sunsets on the deck overlooking the sound. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at Casa Blanca.

We had an incredible vacation in this home. We had a group of 17 and everyone had plenty of room. We watched dolphins off the upper deck and were even graced by the presence of a WHALE playing in the sun beyond the sandbar. What a magical time in the Outer Banks! This home has everything. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook some of the best meals you can imagine while watching the waves crash onto the shore. Everyone had a bathroom and the movie room and game room were huge hits for the teens. Thanks so much for such a wonderful get away. We hope to return to Corolla and Casa Blanca very soon!
