This beautiful executive luxury villa offers a tranquil setting, yet only 15 minutes from the Main gate of Disney and Approx 30 mins away from International Drive & all the other major attractions.
The villa has a large family room overlooking the private pool with new leather sofas,tables & lamps,Computer,Wireless Internet,cable TV VCR,DVD player,CD player,Ipod docking station and a selection of videos,DVD's & CD's.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer/ice maker,cooker,microwave,dishwasher,coffee maker, toaster,juicer etc. A telephone is installed in the villa and can be used to make local calls free of charge. It can also be used for other calls using a phone card.
There are three bedrooms:
*master bedroom* has a queen-sized bed overlooking the pool area, cable TV and VCR plus en-suite facilities walk in shower with twin seats, his & hers washbasins.
*Double bedroom* with en-suite pool bathroom (toilet washbasin and vanity unit)overlooking the pool area.
*Bunk room* has two bunk beds (sleeps four) TV,PS2 & selection of games, also CD player & Disney character costumes.
There is also a high chair,crib,stroller,baby monitor,childs toilet seat & toilet step up provided at no extra cost.

This beautiful executive luxury villa offers a tranquil setting, yet only 15 minutes from the Main gate of Disney and all the attractions. There is also a wonderful large(30x14) private pool which is not overlooked, features large deck area, with comfortable chairs and loungers. Also ample seating for al fresco dining! Optional pool heating available upon request.
Clear Creek is an exclusive development close to Disney within easy reach of all the major attractions and some superb golf courses. Although it is close to the attractions it is also a quiet community. At the entrance to Clear Creek you will find for your convenience a shopping plaza which includes a supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, and a bank. There is also a new Wal-mart 5 mins away.
Several new resturants have opened near by we recommened Applebees just south of Hwy 192 on Hwy 27 at Berry Town Center.Or Chillies which is on Hwy 27 in front of Wal-mart.
There are many superb golf courses within easy reach of the villa.

Started going over to Florida in 2002 fell in love with the America and bought our property soon after, the location is fantastic, close by on Hwy 27 are bars & restaurants to suit all tastes. 15 minutes from Disney and all the major attractions.

Dear Peter and Susan, Just a quick note to let you know that we had a fantastic time at your villa the week of 3rd-10th July. The villa far exceeded our expectations - beautifully furnished, absolutely spotless, prime location, and all the home comforts that you could ever wish for (I have always wanted a refrigerator that big, plus pool table, table-tennis table etc etc etc!). I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know that intends to visit Orlando. I know from the Visitors Book that all others that have stayed there have echoed these comments. Just to let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous holiday in Florida. Your villa was much much more than we ever expected. It was a real home from home. We were extremely comfortable and felt very relaxed. We thought your decor and colour co-ordination was really lovely and impressive. Ann Evans Sutter Hi - had fantastic time. It was so hot don't think we'd go in July again but still really enjoyed ourselves and the pool was a welcome relief from walking around in the heat. Kids had a fab time didn't want to come home - we are thinking on maybe going again October 2011 (hopefully will be a bit cooler !!!). x
