Our floating dock is a 24 foot pontoon deck. The dock is secured to shore and anchored. This has been a great solution to creating an awesome "boat dock" for swimming, sitting, sunning, fishing, and mooring your boat! Lawn chairs and life jackets are provided. The sunsets are gorgeous right off our dock over the peaceful, calm water. Come and Enjoy!

Owned by Mark and Ann Ramey. We enjoy the lake house anytime and boating/water play fun Apr-Sept!. We love to come and relax and play! We have 2 teenagers who also enjoy the lake. We work hard and we like to play often! This is our special little piece of heaven on earth!
Why the Owner Chose Mayo Lake
This location is lovely and near to our home and work. We wanted to visit often and have comfortable space so we chose this place! The 1 acre lot is beautiful and gently slopes down to the water.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the spectacular sunsets in our cove! The lake is calm and serene with very minimal boating traffic. A great place to relax and enjoy time together ANYTIME! COME SEE!

My wife and I rented this for a long weekend for the second time and again we had a great time. Secluded yet close to town and stores. Lake was nice and quiet and people we met on the lake were very friendly...Highly recommend for a quiet relaxing time......We visited some of the local businesses and folks were veryaccommodating....we hopefullu plan on going back again....

This house was the perfect getaway for my family. The home is beautiful, very well taken care of, on a quiet and secluded lot and the owners really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable! We were extremely happy to have found this hidden gem!!

The sunsets on this cove are so beautiful. The lake is great fun for all sports, swimming and enjoying the sun and water. The 1 acre lot is secluded on both sides by trees. The home is VERY clean and well kept with several extra amenities not usually inlcuded in rentals, relaxing dock chairs, new hammock, several addiitonal items inlcuded in kitchen to make use easy. Our family of 5 had a fantastic time and we cant wait to return.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing vacation. It was so close to amenities yet seemed so far away from everything. Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Very clean well taken care of. Only took us 45 minutes to Chapel Hill for a UNC game too.

I truly enjoyed my stay in your lakehouse. It was serene, peaceful and very clean and well kept. the lake was wonderful for fishing the the large yard allowed the kids to roam and play freely.

We stayed at this property and it was just like being away from the world for a week. It was peaceful, relaxing, quite, and a beautiful place to stay. The nice part is Roxboro is close, so that a short drive you can go to a nice dinner or shopping. Beautiful lake views and a really nice time away from the city.
