Lovely four-season, waterfront home nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood of year round homes. Set 175+ feet off a winding, paved street that gets very little traffic (mostly people walking/biking). Expansive and sheltered 3/4 acre grassy yard that is great for lawn games. Ten steps out the front porch door to our beautiful 120' PRIVATE natural sandy beach. Wonderful for small children to play on! Crystal clear water--see the sandy bottom even at ten feet. No drop off as you ease into deeper water.
We are in a protected cove where there is less boat traffic/waves than other areas of the lake, making it excellent for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating and waterskiing. Ice fish, ice skate and snowmobile right off the beach in the winter. Fish off our private 10-by-30-foot dock that can hold up to a 22-foot inboard/outboard.
Open floor plan downstairs with two huge sliders offering unobstructed views of the lake from every room in the cottage. Eat-in kitchen and large family room with cozy fireplace (wood provided). Two huge screened porches overlooking the lake. Great for dining "outdoors" without the bugs.

- Beachfront: Sugar sand, gradual beach with no drop off. You can see the bottom of the Lake for at least 25+ feet offshore on a calm day. Beach is approximately 7' deep, and great for small children to play in the sand at the water's edge.

- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Exactly five steps from the screened porch to the sandy beach, and two more steps and you are in the Lake! Entire 120' is private, and property lines on either side are bordered by trees and low shrubs for total privacy.
