SUMMARY OF AMENITIES: Brand New ($ 4500) Tempurpedic Contour Adjustable Bed in MBR. Unbelievably Comfortable, (2) $25 Gift Certificate to Cafe 30A or other area restaurants, Free bottle of wine, chocolates, full size soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash, fluffy thick towels, 300+ thread count sheets, close to door parking. Hard to beat. Both bedrooms have brand new (Feb 2012) LCD HD Flat screen TV's.
Search all the rental sites by owner and try to find a Tempurpedic Contour Adjustable Bed in any of the units. You will not find another one because the beds are so expensive ( $4500). We think the investment of an expensive bed to make your stay comfortable is worth it. .Are you tired of spending your hard earned money to rent a vacation home only to find a poorly furnished unit with sheets and towels you can read through and a bar of soap barely large enough to wash your hands. Well, you will be pleasantly surprised at Art and Soul. Our Townhouse was remodeled in December 2008 with a new paint job, New tubs and showers, new toilets, and all the ceramic tile was replaced with natural stone (slate) tile. We use only expensive sheets with a minimum of 300 thread count, nice thick towels, brand name large bars of soap (Dial,Dove,Ivory or similar). Shampoo, conditioner and Hair spray. Our mattresses were replaced in October 2008 and are European Plush Pillow Top Mattresses.9Except for the MBR which was replaced in October 2011 with the Tempurpedic Bed. Why pay the same for cheap institutional accommodations.
Imagine your first day in a tropical paradise. You walk into our elegant Beachside Townhouse and place your luggage on the king-sized bed in the large master bedroom. Right away, you see the large attached sun room overlooking the pool. This room has a trundle bed to accommodate two more guests. Your guests (or children) put their bags in the Queen Bedroom.
As they walk on the oriental runners that sit atop beautiful wood floors, they notice that all the walls are covered with beautiful original artwork. Elegance is the thought that comes to mind right away. Next, you ascend the stairway adorned with beautiful natural wood. Upstairs, you walk on beautiful wood floors, a complete well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a granite sink. Seating consists of bar stools at the large granite counter or comfortable chairs surrounding a glass top teak table. Again, you find yourself surrounded by original works of art.
In the great room with cathedral ceilings that rise 16 feet above you, you find a 32 inch High Definition LCD TV. As well as a DVD player and a VCR. If it is still cool, you can light the gas fireplace with the flip of a switch. At the end of the room, you will find a wet bar with granite counter tops and a wine cooler. Look to your left and you see three French doors leading to a breezy porch with slate floors overlooking the large pool. On the porch, you can sit in the double Nags Head swing suspended from the ceiling and watch the world go by. You might be tempted to spend the day relaxing but instead, you walk back down and out the French doors of the sun room.
After 10 steps, you are at the magnificent pool and take a few more paces ( +_) 75 paces and you are in the sugar white sands and azure waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From here, your options are many. You can take a dip, take a walk along the Emerald Coast as the warm Florida sun takes the tension away. Just a short walk and you arrive in Seaside where you see elegant shops, fine restaurants, and many activities to please you. After a great day, you go back to the elegant townhouse and get ready for the evening. You are within walking distance of one of the Panhandle's best restaurants. Many other fine eating places are nearby. Take your pick, you can not go wrong.
The next morning as you sip coffee on the porch swing and decide what to do today, your options are many. You can not make a wrong decision. After all, you are in paradise. Enjoy your stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this beautifully appointed condo. The location is perfect, close to anything you would need or want. We either walked or biked everywhere. It was quiet at night, away from the "spring breaker kids" but lively enough to feel part of the buzz. We found the owners to be more than flexible and trusted their reccomendations on places to eat, etc. We felt at home and the condo offered everything we needed to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. I highly reccomend staying, we will definitley be back this spring.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful beach place. Our family throughly enjoyed ourselves and felt right at home. The kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs for a family of five. The porch was my favorite spot for my quiet time and reading. Our boys loved the shirt walk to the ocean and swimming in the pool. The new mattress is fabulous and such a treat!! We enjoyed another wonderful stay at Art & Soul! Once again, the owner was very helpful and prompt with all of our questions and preparations. The BRAND NEW Tempur-Pedic King Bed in the master was great. The Condo was clean and organized. I used the wifi connection to stream movies on my ipad and our son used the wifi for XBox Live access. Our kids loved being about 15 steps from the pool. We plan to return again!

This is our 4th visit to Art and Soul. We love the convience of the location and the setup of the townhouse. The bottle of wine is also appreciated! It's a perfect setup for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 small boys) and comes with all the ammenities we need. Will be back next year.

Thanks for letting us stay with you at Art and Soul! We loved the condo, especially the kitchen and living area! Seagrove is our favorite Destin destination. Your place is right in the middle of everything. With 2 couples in the restaurant business we love to eat out but staying at Art and Soul we even cooked in twice (nice to have a chef along). Thanks for furnishing the bikes, it's a great way to fetch a morning latte. This spring (April) was or third stay in your place and look forward to many more!

My husband, young daughter, and I stayed at this beautiful townhome for one week. It was more than adequate and made our stay an absolute dream. With our two-year-old and her toys in tow, the short walking distance to the beach was perfect. In the evening, we rode the bikes that were provided at the condo to the area restaurants and along the paths to sightsee, so we rarely moved our vehicle during our stay. We will definitely return to Seagrove and hopefully will stay at Art and Soul again.

We did a mother/daughter Spring Break trip to the beach and stayed at Art and Soul. There were 4 of us total, and we found the unit to be very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked, just as the owner had represented. He was very friendly, honest, and accommodating in answering questions and meeting our needs for our stay. He sent the restaurant certificates in plenty of time and called during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and of course the wonderful porch swing! Parking for the unit is very convenient - right by the front door - and it is a nice, short walk to the beach (via boardwalk). We enjoyed having Bruno's pizza and the video rental place right across the street. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants at Seaside, a short drive or a manageable walk away. I would recommend Art and Soul for couples wanting a beach getaway, couples with small children, or for girls' trips like ours. Thank you for a delightful week at the beach!

My first experience in renting a vacation home. The owner was very helpful, the phone navigator was no help but Jim's directions were spot on, and the restaurant recommendation as well. Rolled in at midnight and was able to settle in no time. Easy access to the location. Spent morning and evenings on the porch swing, TVs through out, functional kitchen that we used to prepare meals daily. Plenty of stores in the vicinity and fresh sea food. I was amazed at the amount of bike trails, more than I cared to venture. Clean beach with easy access and very pleasant experience. It's on the repeat list only without the work.

My family of 4 stayed at Art and Soul and we had a wonderful time! The condo is perfectly suited for families with the pool right outside the sunroom and the beach just a short walk away. The accommodations are comfortable and well appointed, and perfectly suited for a family with sleeping arrangements that provide an ideal setup for families with small children. There are many good restaurants nearby, several within walking distance, and a grocery store and convenience store are also in close proximity. Art and Soul is a great place to stay in Seagrove! We look forward to coming back.
