Very nice views of both the ocean and ICW! No high rises to block wind from ocean for the sea breeze. Very family oriented with the "toys" provided. Pool was availabel, but never used because too busy enjoying the view. Within walking distance of paper boxes for enjoying morning coffee. Real pleasure working with John, and looking forward to the Summer of 07.
