5 BR/3 BA house in Ocean Lakes, house #1011, sleeps 12. Ocean view and lake view. Perfect location on the first street into the Holiday Inn Section...short walk to beach(1 minute or less), playground,and pool. Smoking or pets are not permitted. We rent to families only.
Well maintained, well furnished, and nicely decorated for an enjoyable vacation. Decks everywhere...3 upper decks plus 1 large ground level deck that surrounds house.
Open floor plan, high ceilings down, vaulted ceilings up. Large open kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with bay window. Great closet space. 5 bedrooms, 4 with queen beds, 1 with 2 twins and a full (full/twin bunk bed).
Kitchen fully supplied! Brand New Gas Grill for 2012.
Other ammenities include enclosed, HOT & COLD outdoor shower, clothes lines for wet towels, 2 outdoor hoses.
A speed limit of 10 miles per hour provides a safe environment for bicycles, scooters, walking, and golf carts.
We do not rent to high school or college students. Ocean Lakes maintains a family environment.
-Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the pool or other community areas, and motorcycles cannot be driven in.
-Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am, and are strictly enforced by patrolling security.
-Safety regulations for golf carts are strictly enforced.
Located on the property are playgrounds, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, skateboard park, observation deck, snack bar, and outdoor showers by the beach.
There is an indoor pool, large outdoor pool and 3 kiddie pools, including the kids'splash zone' pool.
Mini golf, game arcade, and a snack bar, and Rec center located in pool complex.
There are organized events for children, teens, and families, and fishing is permitted in the lakes.
Ocean Lakes also has a nature center, gift shop and general store with groceries, beach accessories and toys, an entertainment stage, and a cafe & grill with outdoor terrace for seating.
Located at the south end of Myrtle Beach, Ocean Lakes is right next to the town of Surfside Beach, followed by Murrels Inlet, Litchfield Beach, and Pawley's Island. A $5.00 per day vehicle Identification tag is required.
We will assist you in arranging this in advance to avoid waiting in the check-in line.
