5 BR/3 BA house in Ocean Lakes, Ocean AND Lake Views, Site #1011. Perfect location on the first street into the Holiday Inn Section...Short walk to beach(1 min.),playground,and pool.
Our home is well maintained, well furnished, and nicely decorated for an enjoyable vacation. There are 3 upper decks, well furnished with tables and chairs. The main front deck is partially covered and is in the SHADE in the afternoon.
Open floor plan, high ceilings down, vaulted ceilings up. Large open kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with bay window. Great closet space. 5 bedrooms, 4 with queen beds, 1 with 2 twins and a full (full/twin bunk bed). First floor bedroom and kitchen have doors to rear deck. There are 2 separate stairs up from ground level, one to the front deck, one to the rear deck.
Also is an enclosed, outdoor HOT AND COLD shower, hose with sprayer, clothes lines for beach towels. Large weber charcoal grill and grilling utensils.
The kitchen is very well supplied with dishes and utensils, cookware, blender, dishtowels, and miscelllaneous cleaning supplies.
We also provide dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, and trash bags, which makes packing for the beach a little easier!
ACTIVITIES PLANNED AND ORGANIZED AT OCEAN LAKES ARE TOO NUMEROUS TO LIST.........these are a few:

A strictly enforced speed limit of 10 miles per hour provides a safe environment for bicycles, scooters, walking, and golf carts. Identification bracelets for children are available at the rec center. Park at the house and use a golf cart to get around... cart rental and bicycle rental available on site. Riding around in the golf cart is part of the fun, so plan on making this a part of your stay.
We do not rent to high schoool or college students. Ocean Lakes maintains a family environment...please note the following Ocean Lakes restrictions:
**Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any public area,and motorcycles cannot be driven in.
**Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am, and are STRICTLY enforced by patrolling security.
Located on the property are playgrounds, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, skateboard park, observation deck, snack bar, and outdoor showers, all right along the beach front.
A short distance back is the pool area, with life guards, with a huge pool and kiddie pools, including the "splash zone" for kids. There are large deck areas around the pools with plenty of lounge chairs. Next to the outdoor pool area, is an indoor pool, snack bar, mini-golf, and a big, arcade-style game room. A recreation building is also located here.
There are lots of fun, organized activities and events, and also church services on Sunday. You may also fish in the many lakes within the resort.
Ocean Lakes also has miniature golf, a nature center, gift shop and general store with groceries, beach accessories and toys, an entertainment stage, and a cafe & grill with outdoor terrace for seating.
Located at the south end of Myrtle Beach, Ocean Lakes is right next to the town of Surfside Beach, followed by Murrels Inlet, Litchfield Beach, and Pawley's Island. A $3.00 per day vehicle Identification tag is required.
