This light, bright, and cheerful, vacation oasis will sleep eight with a king in the master suite, queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third, and a queen sleeper sofa. Meal preparation is a cinch in this well-designed, fully stocked, island kitchen with granite countertops. Plus, there is a new full-size washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, flat-top range with convection oven, stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, and all your household linens. All you will need to bring are your beach towels.
A wall of windows/sliding glass doors in the master and the living room lead to the large balcony looking directly over the large double pool and sugar white beach. The balcony has plenty of patio furniture for your outdoor dining and enjoyment. The living room entertainment center houses a New 37 inch LCD HDTV, VCR/DVD player. All bedrooms have TV’s, VHS/DVD in master, VCR in Queen and DVD in twin room. We have added a New 32 inch LCD HD TV in the master bedroom.

Why the Owner Chose Summerhouse
We had been coming to the Alabama Gulf Coast on vacations and business since the early 1970's and fell in love with the sugar sands that you find here. In 1995 after having moved from Tuscaloosa Alabama to Spanish Fort we invested in a second home since we now lived only an hour away. After spending a week looking we purchased 705A in Summer House on Romar Beach because of the family friendly nature of the complex and the Pools!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are no other condos that have the pool and beach side yard that you find at Summer House along with the indoor pool, the tennis and basket ball courts and the meeting room for hosting special events and meetings. There is also a small kids playground next to the indoor pool area also.

This facility has just became our families favorite. Excellent location if you want to eat out or get groceries and eat in. Plenty of space for our group of 8. I recommend that if you are looking for a Gulf Coast getaway that you look at this property first.

The description of the unit was exact! The pictures are accurate. I have stayed in many condos on the Gulf and this was the most well equipped, clean and well maintained unit we have every rented!! I would recommend this rental with 5 stars!! The entire complex is immaculate.Very family friendly!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
