This newly constructed house in Pentwater Village is perfect for two families vacationing together.
One of the best beaches on Lake Michigan is a 20 min walk or quick drive down Lowell St (a historic residential street.) The family-oriented beach has bathrooms, playground, snack shop and ample parking. Village shopping and dining are a 10 min walk from the cottage.
The first floor interior has a summer-like feel with its new furnishings and maple floors. The second floor is carpeted and the bathrooms and full-size laundry room are tiled. The house is very well stocked with almost everything you will need during your vacation. And it is one of the few rentals in Pentwater with central air, which is a necessity for those hot summer nights!
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms can serve as 'master bedrooms': One has an access door to the 1st floor bathroom and the other has its own private bathroom. The third bathroom has a sink area separated by a door to the tub/shower/toilet area. House linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. There is a small second floor loft area with TV.
You will love vacationing in a home where almost everything is new!
