This beautiful Pentwater Village house was built in 2006. You can enjoy your days on the front porch or on the back deck with a view of the trees. A wonderful, family-oriented Lake Michigan beach is a short walk or drive down Lowell St (a historic residential street.) Village shopping and dining are also down the street.
The first floor interior has a light, summer feel with its new furnishings and hardwood floors. Daylight pours through the six-foot windows. The second floor bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and laundry are tiled. This 2100 square foot home is one of the few rentals in Pentwater with central air.
There are four bedrooms (one on first level) and three full bathrooms (one on first level with large shower). Two master bedrooms have direct access to two of the bathrooms - which is great for privacy when couples vacation together. The third bathroom has two vanity sinks separate from the tub/toilet area (ideal for busy mornings). House linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. There is a small second floor loft area with TV.
You will love vacationing in a home where almost everything is brand new!
