Beautiful Pentwater Village house built in 2006. Enjoy your days on the front porch or on the back deck with a view of the trees. A wonderful, family-oriented Lake Michigan beach is a short walk or drive down Lowell St (an historic residential street.) Village shopping and dining are also down the street.
The first floor interior has a light, summer feel with its new furnishings and hardwood floors. Daylight pours through the six-foot windows. Upstairs is carpeted and the bathrooms and laundry are tiled. This 2100 square foot home is one of the few rentals in Pentwater with central air.
There are four bedrooms (one on first level) and three full bathrooms (one on first level with large shower). Two master bedrooms have direct access to two of the bathrooms - which is great for privacy when couples vacation together. The third bathroom has separate sink and tub/toilet areas (ideal for busy mornings). There is a small second floor loft area with TV.
