I am offering a private entrance to the lower level walkout of my home, on 100 feet of private beach on this all-sports lake, which is part of the Chain of Lakes in the quaint towns of Bellaire and Central Lake. All rooms have windows lakeside,{except bathroom} beautiful views of lake.

Master Bedroom has queen-size bed, love seat, SECOND bedroom has A QUEEN-size bed and ONE set of bunk beds. I also have a trundle bed {sleeps two separate [twin-size], can also be put side to side [queen size} located in the living quarters off in its own little corner. One bathroom,with shower and tub. Kitchen, dining and living area all open. Outside table with umbrella and chairs, and wicker set under semi protected area. Beautiful sunsets, two public accesses for launching your boat very close {2 & 4 miles} Front row seats on my beach for 4th of July Central Lake fireworks. Almost every weekend there are fireworks going on the lake close to enjoy

We are 10 miles from downtown Bellaire, two miles from downtown Central Lake, 20 miles from Charlevoix, 33 miles to Gaylord,42 miles from Traverse City and 36 miles from Petoskey.

This is the place to be if you don't mind Owner residing in the upper level and our two 'Mascot' cats and one of the lowest weekly rates, give me a call and reserve your spot. Lower level is completely private from rest of house, you have your own private entrance lake side and privacy door on interior separating upper and lower levels. You have as much privacy as you want.

Check in: 4pm Saturday and Check out: 11am Saturday. Bed linens, one set per bed PROVIDED, bath towels PROVIDED., bring your own beach towels. 10% discount on multi-week rentals.

  • We really enjoyed our vacation here. The cottage is extremely well equipped and everything is so clean, new and attractive. Everything has been thought through to make sure your stay is very comfortable. The owner was very helpful regarding anything we needed. We can't wait to return!

  • Critts Cove is the ideal place to spend your vacation. We spent the week with our son and his family and had plenty of room for four adults and two children. The kids had a ball on the lake, a swing set, plenty of sand toys, and a giant sand box (the beach)! We celebrated our grand-daughter's fourth birtday here and could not have asked for a more ideal setting. Anything you might need is available at this cottage, and the owners make you feel more like family rather than tenants. We have stayed at several different rentals on Intermediate Lake and we all agree this is the best and one of the most reasonable! We hated to see the week end, but we will definitely be back.   • Our family had just a wonderful time staying at Critts Cove. The accomadations were excellent, everything you needed was available. Just a great setup for the kids as well as for the adults. The chain of lakes were all extremly nice. Great swimming, fishing and touring.Could not have been happier. Highly reccommended.

  • Our vacation stay included 2 adults and 3 children under the age of six for a period of one week. With two large side-by-side bedrooms with five bedss, a couch and a futon, it was perfect for us with plenty of room to stretch out! The large yard and beach area with a swing set let the kids safely play and the adults relax. Also, the lengthy shallow beach area was perfect for the kids. The inclusion of a bar and dining spot next to the television are was a great way to keep our family close enough to catch up on things. The location on the lake and closeness to two towns made available a large variety of possible family events. This rental unit is perfectly set up for the vacationing family!

  • Intermediate Lake is seven miles long and allows boaters to traverse directly to other connecting lakes. Fishing is excellent here. The home was recently built and appears to be one of the largest on the lake. The beach is also one of the largest and nicest as well. A surprise here is cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access. The resident owner was very friendly and accomodating to ensure a pleasant stay. For the price and ammenities this is the best deal you will find anywhere.
