Laurel Hills cottage offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with sunny dining area. The comfortable living room features a large-screen TV and a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of hiking, golfing, skiing, or shopping.

Laurel Hills has a level entry, and ample parking space. Two decks (one covered) allow dining in the cool mountain air, or just resting with a good book or a good friend! Speaking of friends, your well-behaved pet is welcome at Laurel Hills cottage.

Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and each has a private full bathroom. One bathroom provides a tub/shower, and the second has a shower and washer/dryer. Laurel Hills is comfortably furnished, and fully supplied with linens, paper products, and laundry needs. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and necessities such as a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave oven.

Laurel Hills is tucked away in a quiet residential section of Linville Land Harbor, a friendly casual mountain resort. Overlooking wooded hillsides, Laurel Hills offers a peaceful retreat where the birds and crickets make the most noise!

As a guest at Laurel Hills, you'll enjoy all the amenities of Linville Land Harbor Resort, including the (seasonal) 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, trout-filled lake and river, shuffleboard, hiking trails, recreational activities, and much more! (Guests pay fees to the resort for some activities; a schedule is available.)

Within 5-15 minutes of Land Harbor are the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain (North Carolina's #1 attraction!), the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain, Linville Falls waterfalls and picnic grounds by the river, Linville Caverns, Linville Gorge (a hiker's paradise), and the small towns of Linville, Newland, and Linville Falls Village.

Within 15 - 30 minutes are the towns of Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Blowing Rock, Boone,and Spruce Pine. And don't forget Tweetsie Railroad, whitewater rafting, and Mount Mitchell (the highest montain east of the Mississippi)! With four ski resorts and numerous golf courses nearby, there's endless fun in all seasons. Land Harbor truly is in the center of Blue Ridge Mountain attractions!
