The pool, which overlooks the 8th Fairway, is South Facing and gets the SUN ALL DAY!.
The Villa is situated within a Gated Community which provides many extras for visitors. There is a luxury club house with bar and restaurant for all guests to use, a Pro golf shop, on-site tennis, and children's play area.
The Villa features one master bedroom with large glass doors which leads onto the patio, has a Queen sized bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, which has a large shower and large bath. It has a further two bedroom, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, these two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The large living room has a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. The Den which overlooks the pool/patio, has two more sofa's and has sliding glass doors onto the patio. There is a formal dining area as well as a dining area in the kitchen. The Washer and dryer is in a separate area, which lead into the two car garage.
