Enjoy the in-ground private pool, recreation room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, poker table with chip/card set, a large poolside patio with lounge chairs and BBQ. Best of all, this house is on the water, with a large private dock on a creek that leads to the ocean at Indian River Inlet; only ten minutes by boat to the ocean! Great for boating, jet ski, canoe eco-touring. Private boat ramp in the development. Beautiful views of swans, cranes, ducks and geese from the back porch.
The dining room table will seat 18 or more. Large eat in kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a beach feast. Family room with fireplace and cable TV. House is in a quiet development with plenty of parking yet close to everything, two blocks to grocery, medical center, liquor store, and only two miles from the boardwalk at Bethany Beach.

Wonderfully comfy house!

We had a really nice short getaway here at this big comfy house with a beautiful swimming pool. Our entire family came and it was really nice to all sit down to dinner together in the large dining room, sort of Waltonish. We had crappy weather so the enclosed patio was a treasure. We liked the fact that we were very close to the beaches and attractions also. Hope to come back and try for better weather next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had an excellent vacation this year with our extended family. there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. the pool kept the kids entertained day and night. Owner was very accomodating despite problems with air conditioner and now house has brand new unit. we will be back next year.

This house was wonderful to stay in. There was plenty of room, a great view of the water from the back yard, plenty of places to sit, sleep, eat, and room for kids to play! We had practically a family reunion in this hous and it was WONDERFUL!
