Best of all, this house is on the water, with a large private dock on a creek that leads to the ocean at Indian River Inlet; only ten minutes by boat to the ocean! Great for boating, jet ski, canoe eco-touring. Private boat ramp in the development. Beautiful views of swans, cranes, ducks and geese from the back porch.
The dining room table will seat 18 or more. Large eat in kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a beach feast. Family room with fireplace and cable TV. House is in a quiet development with plenty of parking yet close to everything, two blocks to grocery, medical center, liquor store, and only two miles from the boardwalk at Bethany Beach.
