Octagon lakehouse - Beaver Lake Rental Enjoy this spectacular lakefront home in the Ozarks in Northwest Arkansas. The unusual octagonal shape provides unobstructed panoramic views of Beaver Lake and the surrounding hills. The house is on two levels, with a wrap-around deck on the upper level and a lakeside deck on the lower level. The scenery is beautiful in any season. Step outside for easy access to the crystal clear water of Beaver Lake and a level gravel beachfront for swimming and sunbathing. There are several marinas and places to launch boats nearby. There is ample parking for your cars and your boats. The main floor has the kitchen, living-dining area with fireplace and vaulted ceiling, and access to the wraparound deck through 4 oversized sliding glass doors. There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed (twin top, double lower) and a twin rollaway bed, and a full bath. The lower level master bedroom has a king bed and double sofabed, second bedroom has two twins that can be set up as king, and third bedroom has trundle bed that can be set up as a king. There is also a full bath, laundry, and a second refrigerator. The house is located within the community of Lost Bridge Village.

plus 8% sales tax.
Payment by check, cashier's check or money order.
Non-refundable 50% deposit on making reservation.
Non-refundable balance of 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds for early departure.
No smoking in the Octagon Lakehouse.
Pets acceptable by arrangement; $15/day plus $150 refundable deposit.
