This was our first time staying off Disney property, so I had my concerns. They were completely unfounded. This condo was awesome! The pictures on the listing were exactly as we found the property. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, and paper products as described by the owner. The owner answered emails promptly and politely and was quick to answer all my questions. The lanai was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee...peaceful and beautiful! We reached the parks easily and quickly each day...about a 10-15 minute drive to all 4 Disney parks. We wish we had more time to explore the property, but we spent our days at the parks. We did use the pool once and it was fantastic! The boys loved the slide! The wi-fi in the condo was great. I would most definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great stay at this condo. It is much better than pictured. It was very comfortably furnished, close to the elevators and extremely clean. The owners were wonderful to work with and there were plenty of baby supplies, ponchos, cooking utensils, toys, DVDs, you name it. I cannot stress enough how perfect these accommodations were for our family. I would recommend this property to anyone I know who is planning a trip to Orlando. Also the development is very nice, nice pool, gated, only a few minutes drive to all the Walt Disney world theme parks.

We're actually at the apartment as I type this. A few things we're loving about this condo: - spacious, clean, everything in excellent condition - very well equipped for kids - from pool floats to kids cups/bowls/plates, a shelf full of kids toys, tiny table/chairs, high chair, stroller, pack and play w/ bassinet, rocking chair, kid appropriate DVDs ... - the whole house is well thought out for moving in for a week - lots of hooks, for instance, for hanging coats and towels (of which there are plenty) - the kitchen has ample utensils, plates, silverware ... This condo will definitely be our first choice anytime we're staying off Disney property.

It was a great place to stay, very close to the parks.We had beautiful weather so we enjoyed the pool on Friday and Sat after the 4 straight days at the parks.There were plenty of room for my husband and I and the 2 grand-daughters.So gald that you open the condo so that others can enjoy it to. I will recommend it to others.

It felt like home!

We stayed here for 15 nights in November/December 2012 and we are so glad we did!! The apartment and the grounds exceeded our expectations! The kids LOVED the pool and playground. I was expecting an average apartment, based on the pictures and the price. Boy were we wrong! All the other reviews were right - the pictures simply do not do this place justice! We opened the door for the first time, and the only way we could all describe the place was that it felt like home. The colors were bright and cheery, the wall hangings added a touch of Disney without being chinzy, and the pictures of this family I didn't even know couldn't help but make you smile! We had 3 adults and 4 children staying in the apartment, and it didn't feel crowded at all! My husband and I took the master bedroom (with a BIG walk in closet, much to my surprise! Also, the closet had a high chair and pack and play and stroller for those who might need it!) The bathroom was nice, and the shower was very spacious, which my pregnant belly appreciated! My sister slept in the den/library area. She loved having her own TV and DVD player and privacy. Our 4 children took the back bedroom. It was very spacious, with a queen size bed and a bunk bed. They also had a TV with a VHS player. When we all came down with the flu on our vacation, we were glad that she had such an extensive DVD and VHS collection! The apartment is super close to the parks. It's only about a 3 minute drive to the Animal Kingdom, and maybe a 12 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom. There were plenty of restaurants to deliver to the apartment, which was wonderful when we were so sick we didn't feel like driving or cooking! The grocery store was close buy, and having the full kitchen and dining table was just nice! I think what I loved the most about the apartment was the ease at which we could have guest come and visit! My cousin, his wife and kids live nearby, and when we stay on property, there is always the chance of being kicked out of the pool. Not so here! They were given a pass like ours so they could go to the playground and pool with us. And then having the full kitchen and dining table in the apartment meant that we could have a homecooked meal together and spend the evening watching movies and playing board games - which Marge has also stocked the house full of! We look forward to our next visit to our new home away from home!!!

GREAT place to stay!!

We stayed here for 15 nights in April/May 2012 and we can't say enough good things about this condo and the area. It was very quiet and the pool, clubhouse and other ammeneties were wonderful. We now reccomend this condo to EVERYONE we know heading down to Florida and we will definitely be staying there again if we go back. We won't even bother to research other places! It's SO close to WDW parks as well as other things we needed such as restaraunts and a Target Super Center that it made our stay very enjoyable and we did not have to worry about all the driving to get to the parks and do groceries. It was so close to the parks that we were even able to come back to the condo mid day to relax and have a swim while the parks were HOT and BUSY. Then we would head back to the park refreshed and ready for the evening. The pictures do not do this condo justice! It's nicer than it appears and I was so happy to discover a walk in closet in the master bedroom where we could keep our luggage and clothing out of the way. Our daughter (14) was thrilled to have so much space in her bedroom and was able to spread her things out and to my pleasure she had lots of room and her own bathroom to keep her mess in so I didn't have to see her mess the whole trip. LOL. The space we had to spread our things out just made it so comfortable for us and having a kitchen to make our meals made the trip much more affordable than it could have been. You definitely don't want to miss out on what a GREAT deal this condo is and Marge is great to work with as well.

Everything was just right!

I'm embarrased to think it took me two months to write this review. That in no way reflects how we felt about the property. First of all, Marge was a DREAM to work with. Very personable, friendly, efficient...just one of the best owners we've dealt with. The home fit our group of 5 very well. My hubby and I took the master, my mom took the other bedroom and our two boys shared the den! Worked PERFECTLY!! There was a great deal of space and we felt very at home. It's a very comfy home. The boys loved the pool and hubby loved the hot tub! It has many extras such as the board games and movies for the kids and the game system as well. It was VERY close to Disney -which is part of why we picked it - and the price was not to be beaten - literally!! We were able to run out to Disney and come back in the middle for a break and really - it was close to everything!! The washer and dryer is a huge plus and we enjoyed the little balcony as well. We saved money by cooking in the kitchen and found it all to be just right. Everything was very nice for us and we really enjoyed our vacation!! We would definately recommend this property to anyone looking to save some money, yet still have a WONDERFUL and comfortable vacation! Thanks again Marge for making this such a smooth process. This home was very comfortable and relaxing, and as beautiful as the pictures on the website reflect. It is a very close and easy drive to the Disney parks. The resort is very nice, and all of the Windsor Hills staff is very friendly and professional. The condo itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. My kids especially enjoyed the puzzles and games, and there were several nice Disney touches that they liked. It was so nice to return to the condo for a relaxing evening after the hustle and bustle of the parks. My kids, ages 5 & 7, liked it so much they chose to skip the parks on the last day and stay at the resort. Marge is wonderful to work with, and we would highly recommend this property to friends/family. We hope we'll have the opportunity to stay here again soon!!!

Very nice place

I stayed here for a week with my dad, sister and her family. The location can't be beat. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5-star review is the sofa bed. With my dad in the master and sister and her kids in the other bedroom, I got the sofa bed. I found out the first night it is more comfortable to sleep on as a sofa than it is as a bed. There is a pole right in my back. Sleeping at the other end of the bed didn't help one bit.

My family enjoyed our stay at your condo in July. It was exactly what we needed. As the previous reviewer stated, the pictures don’t do this condo justice!! It was perfect - comfortable, clean, stocked with everything needed and well themed. I was there with my four children ages 11, 14, 16 & 17, we have visited WDW many times, and they all agree we have found our new place for our Orlando vacations! The location is great, easy access to WDW, shopping and restaurants. Marge is a dream to work with. Thank you so much for everything! We are looking forward to our return this November.

I thought the pictures looked great on the web site, but they do not compare to the real condo. By far the cleanest and nicest place I have rented. The owner is awesome to deal with and has everthing you need for your stay at the condo. Having tickets delivered to your door within an hour was great. The company that takes care of the rental was very quick to take care of some tv issues.

The Pictures Didn't Do It Justice!

We had an excellent stay at your property June 4th - 11th. What impressed me most was how the condo actually looked BETTER in person than in the pictures. That's a rarity in my experience. :) Enjoyed many of the 'little' things like the ponchos and pool toys. Also took advantage of the available pack-n-play and high chair. I thought the property was well decorated and not OVER THE TOP like some properties in the area. The kids' room had just the right amount of Disney-themed items. Our daughter enjoyed having her own TV in her room too. Everything worked well in the unit and we had no issues whatsoever. Location was excellent (10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic, which park you are going to.) Pool and clubhouse amenities were nice as well. I won't hesitate to recommend your property to others and HOPEFULLY will be able to rent from you again SOON! Thanks Marge!

Wonderful condo, location, and owners

We stayed here in December 2010, so this review is a little late. We had 5 adults, a 3 year old, and an infant in our group. This place was amazing! It literally is just a few minutes away from Disney. The condo is better than the pictures. Marge is great to work with. I have no negatives to report at all. The reason I thought to write this review is that we are planning a return trip to Disney. If we have the right number of people, we will definitely be staying here again.

We have never been on a vacation where they accommodations look exactly like the brochure, until this September. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We were closer to the Disney parks than we thought possible without the hustle and bustle. Along with the beautiful accommodations, the pool was luxurious retreat that we so grateful for a the end of the day. Located just off Route 192 we had so many choices for dining and/or a quick bite on the way home. We couldn't be happier with our vacation. Thank you again.

Thank you so much for renting your condo. My grandkids called it the Castle! We all had a wonderful time at your condo, we even went to the theatre that was at the clubhouse. Your condo is very nice and comfortable, it was a very short walk to the pool. We loved the third bedroom which we used as a playroom, movie room and a curl up with a good book room! I would definitely rent your condo anytime that I come to Orlando. Thanks again.

We cannot express how great our Orlando vacation was, in major part due to staying at this wonderful condo!! It was an oasis at the end of a long, hot day at the parks! Being able to eat their favorite breakfasts and snacks made the vacation that much better for the kids and they absolutely LOVED having their own room furnished with all the Disney characters. Everthing we needed was there! And the pool was heavenly! Zero depth entry which was great for our 5 year old but up to 4 foot with a waterslide, which made our 8 year old thrilled! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dear Marge & George, thanks so much to both of you for allowing us to stay in your home during our trip. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were entirely comfortable there. Since it's furnished as a home, there were little extras available that we'd normally have to pack, including nightlights, pool towels, etc. I also have to say that the photos on your website don't do your place justice. Although it's very pretty on the website, the decor is even more beautiful in person. The washing machine was just wonderful - we only packed for four to five days even though we stayed ten nights. The kitchen is wonderful in that you're able to go to the store and buy food instead of eating out at every meal. And finally, the kids loved their bunk beds. We just got back from our one week stay in this beautiful condo! It seemed like it was brand new, so clean and nicely furnished. The 4th floor location was very quiet and also convenient, using either the elevator or the stairs. I slept better there than at home! Thanks to the Purnells for opening up their home. I stayed here for a week in early June with my 2 young sons. We had a fabulous time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the boys and I played Clue and cards in between trips to the parks. Everything was great from the moment we checked in. The condo was clean and cmfortable. The location could not have been better. We would hit the parks first thing in the morning and we returned back to the condo after lunch to use the pool, the playground and to recover for the next day. We will definately be staying with you again. Thanks, Pete

This is an AMAZING condo! You will be very happy if you choose to stay at the Purnell's condo. The condo has everything you need to make your Orlando vacation a great success. We enjoyed the pool tables, ping pong, beautiful pool with slide, the giant Chess board at the park, and the putting green. We loved the short commute to the Disney parks. We left about 8:15 am and were at the Disney gates (MK and Epcot) for the 9 am opening. We also enjoyed our side trip to Celebration. Be sure to check out the book store next to the ice cream shop. Marge was awesome to work with. We had no problems with the entire transaction. You will love the condo, the grounds, the security, the amenities, and the location. Have a fun and safe trip! Thanks to the Purnells for sharing their Orlando home. My boys loved the sign over the couch and made it into a little song... "Enter as strangers, leave as friends!" That's how we felt!

Amazing Deal! This is a fabulous, beautifully maintained and decorated condo, located only a very short distance from the Disney Parks, yet in a safe, quiet, gated community with lots of activities for young kids to teens: great pool, free movies, health club, volleyball, basketball, putting green, playground, billiards, and ping pong--all within a 5 minute walk of the condo. The best part about it is that the price can't be beat--three bedrooms and two baths for about what you would pay for a single hotel inexpensive hotel room per night. The owners are very nice and helpful and we had a terrific time. I strongly recommend this condo for a family vacation (we were a family of 7 and found the condo very comfortable) to Disney, and I would happily stay here again.

My husband and I with our three children just returned form our vacation to Orlando. We all had a truly enjoyable time, yet for different reasons. My husband shot the best three rounds of golf ever. My two boys and daughter loved the swimming pool so much they wanted to leave Disney early for evening swims. I loved relaxing at the condo best of all. The children had plenty of space in their room, and boy did they take advantage of their own television, and play area. With them busy I felt like I was in a beautiful cottage away from my hectic life in New York. I was able to cook several meals in the good-sized kitchen; I had no trouble finding everything I need to cook with. The dining room table in the large open setting was nicer than any restaurant we found in Orlando. I have stayed in many bread & breakfast and I found the master bedroom to be as nice or better. I just missed someone cooking me a big breakfast. Again many thanks to Marge & George for renting your lovely condo to us. We look forward to returning many times. Barbara Rodell
