Welcome to the warm blue waters and white sand beaches of Perdido Key, Florida. Our world famous, world class beach awaits you and your family, where you will enjoy breakfast on your beach front balcony. If you are in a hurry to get to the beach, do not wait, skip the elevator and race down the interior stairs accessing the pool deck and beach boardwalks to the warm surf of the Gulf of Mexico.
We call this luxurious condo the Second Floor Penthouse because of the open floor plan, which includes great room with living room, formal dining room, breakfast bar seating 4, full kitchen, 12 foot wet bar with additional table seating for 6 people. In addition to the great room, we have 3 large bedrooms, each with dressing areas and private baths.
The complex includes 7 day per week front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beachfront. Inside you will find a new exercise facility, plus a game room for the kids. You will enjoy planned recreation, beach service, nearby shopping and restaurants. There is a large new shopping center across the street, so you really do not need a car here.
That is unless you wish to visit some of our exciting museums and other nearby attractions. One of the best featured museums in our area is the Naval Air Museum with IMAX theatre. Visitors from around the world come to Pensacola to see this exciting U.S. Navy and Marine facility and home of the Blue Angels. Also nearby is Historic Pensacola, the first settlement in America, pre-dating St Augustine by 75 years. For family entertainment by car, nearby you will find in Orange Beach, a small touching zoo, and amusement and water parks, just a short 10 mile drive from Perdido.
Pedido Key, Florida is surrounded by water, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side, Old River, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. Experience one of Florida's finest beaches, which includes Perdido

Three spacious bedrooms each with private bath, 2 with king beds and 1 with twin beds are quiet, private, and comfortable. Additional sleeping on new queen sofa bed. This unit can be rented as a 2 bedroom condo with one suite locked off. It creates the largest two bedroom condo on Perdido Key.

We stayed at this location for a week at the end of May 2011. My whole family loved it! The condo was very spacious. The balcony had a great view, and we all really enjoyed staying there! I am so glad we chose to stay at this location! It was perfect for our family vacation! I would recommend it for anyone wanting to get the most out of their beach vacation!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

After extensive research, we chose this condo because of our communication with the owners, and viewing the photos. Upon entering the front door we knew we had made the right decision. The floor plan was spacious, the colors were soothing, and the furniture comfortable. The 5 of us, including 2 teenage boys did not feel cramped, enough space for everyone. The washer and dryer were a big plus, as well as the location, conveniently located next to the elevator and stairs (the elevator was completely quiet, did not hear it at all) Unfortunately, the people above us liked to slide chairs or stools around which was noticed but tolerable, did not hear any noise from the folks staying beside us. The indoor pool was a great alternative to the beach on the cooler mornings, it was heated and quite warm! All staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure in the evenings that everyone using the pools had their required wristbands on, which we appreciated. When we arrived, the carafe in the coffee maker was cracked, I called the owner and he brought us a new one that very day. Very accomodating! Lastly, the owners provided some very good information for us, restaurants to try, etc...Hub Stacey's was Excellent! The next time we visit Perdido Key (hopefully next year!) we would love to stay in this unit again!

This condo was great! The owners could not have been more cooperative and informative. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again and hopefully will! The indoor pool was a plus especially in January. They also had planned activities for all of us snow birds.
