Looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation? Our Kingswood Village condo is just the place. Situated on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe,it is centrally located to skiing, hiking, and less than 1 mile from the lake. We now offer high-speed internet access and WiFi capabilities. Our unit is very clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, perfect for your next vacation.
Our home consists of 3 levels:
Main Floor: Freshly painted large master bedroom with a new king-size bed, cable TV with DVD, large dresser,new mirrored closet wardrobe,and a private deck. The second bedroom also is freshly painted and new mirrored wardrobe doors, has a queen-size bed, cable TV and VCR. On this level there is also a full bath with seperate vanity and a separate laundry area with full sized washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The family room is the perfect gathering place with open beamed ceilings, brand new sofa and love seat with adorable Mountain theme print. A wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. Very cozy for those cold winter days! Great area for playing games or connecting to the internet. The dining area will seat six comfortably with three additional chairs at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is well appointed with an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Additionally, there is a blender, coffee maker and bean grinder, toaster, mixer, crock-pot all pots and pans, utensils and dishes. The deck off the family room has a new gas BBQ and picnic table that will seat six, very nice in the summertime. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and fresh mountain air. There is also a second full bath on this level.
Third floor: An inviting spiral staircase leads to the loft that overlooks the family room. The loft includes new twin-size bunkbeds and new twin-size daybed with a trundle bed under it. Perfect for the kids! There is a complimentry personnal computer for your use if you don't have a laptop. The kids love the curly stairs... We do offer a nice selection of card & board games too.

Season: Nov 15-Apr 15,Jun-Aug .. $125/night (2 night minimum).
Off Season: Apr 16-May,Sep-Nov 14 .. $100/night (2 night minimum).
Holidays ........................... $175/night( 3 night minimum)
Holidays include: Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
(Christmas and New Years are 5 night minimum).
Security deposit: $300; Cleaning fee: $100; Tax: 10%.
Your deposit will be refunded if all conditions are met.
