Looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation? Our Kingswood Village condo is just the place. Situated on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe,it is centrally located to skiing, hiking, and less than 1 mile from the lake. We now offer high-speed internet access and WiFi capabilities. Our unit is very clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, perfect for your next vacation.
Our home consists of 3 levels:
Main Floor: Freshly painted large master bedroom with a king-size bed, cable TV with DVD, large dresser,new mirrored closet wardrobe,and a private deck. The second bedroom also is freshly painted and new mirrored wardrobe doors, has a queen-size bed, cable TV and VCR. On this level there is also a full bath with seperate vanity and a separate laundry area with full sized washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The family room is the perfect gathering place with open beamed ceilings, new sofa and love seat with adorable Mountain theme print. A wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. Very cozy for those cold winter days! Great area for playing games or connecting to the internet. The dining area will seat six comfortably with three additional chairs at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is well appointed with an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Additionally, there is a blender, coffee maker and bean grinder, toaster, mixer, crock-pot all pots and pans, utensils and dishes. The deck off the family room has a new gas BBQ and picnic table that will seat six, very nice in the summertime. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and fresh mountain air. There is also a second full bath on this level.
Third floor: An inviting spiral staircase leads to the loft that overlooks the family room. The loft includes twin-size bunkbeds and new twin-size daybed with a trundle bed under it. Perfect for the kids! There is a complimentry personnal computer for your use if you don't have a laptop. The kids love the curly stairs... We do offer a nice selection of card & board games too.

Why the Owner Chose Kings Beach
Lake Tahoe is truely one of the most beautiful place we have ever been, there is so much to offer, skiing, parasailing, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and just enjoying the rich mountain air. Mostly because it our happy place!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have a very nice Large swimming pool & small tot pool for little ones, that is only a 60 second walk to from our front door, 3 tennis courts that are amongst the tall pines, a horseshoe pit, large grassy picnic area with a built in BBQ and you can either play volleyball or bacchi ball. Several walking trails near by and the overall impeccable grounds of our complex. Peace, quiteness, and serenity.

We are the Andersen family of 4, Jim who is a Sacramento area Firefighter/Paramedic & a adjunct instructor at a local Community College, myself Lynelle, I have been a Flight Attendant for American Airlines for the past 22 years & probably another 22 to go! We have two wonderful kids Blake (18) & Conner (15). Jim first brought me to Tahoe in March of 1989 and have been coming here ever since. We started camping on the south shore every year and our kids have grown to love it as much as we do. They would always get so excited to go camping. Everytime we would leave for home after our camping trips I would pick up several "Homes for Sale magazines" and read them to Jim as he drove us home. He would just shake his head and laugh at me saying keep dreaming sweetheart. Many years ago Jim mentioned that one day he would love to live in Tahoe but, we never thought it would be a reality to actually have the opportunity to make that dream come true. With the insite of a friend who explained to us how we could make our dream come true. Here we are many years later enjoying our own little piece of Heaven in Lake Tahoe. We are truely blessed to have this dream and we hope that you will enjoy and take care of our home as much as we do. So take off your shoes, pour a glass of wine, and go outside and sit at the table, take a deep breath of fresh mountain air, and relax vacation has just begun! Enjoy!

This was our first attempt at a vacation rental versus staying at a local hotel. The Andersen's property is as advertised, well kempt and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and considering we were there for a week, we had many other issues to deal with but none of which were accommodations-related. We'd recommend this home to our friends.

Dear Andersen family, Our short family vacation brought back wonderful memories of vacationing at Kingswood village with my family back in the late 70's and early 80's. If you are into Lake Tahoe and Mountain Biking then this is the place for you. Located just minutes from Kings beach this beautiful condo was perfect for me and My family. The condo is decorated wonderfully,and my daughters loved the loft. This is a very cozy, and comfortable condo, and we will be back in the winter for ski season. we enjoyed the hiking trail that is just down the street.
