We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, cozy and comfortable. You really have everything that you need. The owners have thought of everything. I especially appreciated all the hooks and shoe rack in the entry way. We came for a weekend of skiing and it was great to have places to put all your stuff so it would be out of the way. The beds were wonderful, kitchen fully loaded and very conveniently located near Northstar. We loved the way it was decorated and enjoyed a nice warm fire at night. We only wished that could have stayed longer. We hope to come again next year.

This was our first attempt at a vacation rental versus staying at a local hotel. The Andersen's property is as advertised, well kempt and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and considering we were there for a week, we had many other issues to deal with but none of which were accommodations-related. We'd recommend this home to our friends.

Dear Andersen family, Our short family vacation brought back wonderful memories of vacationing at Kingswood village with my family back in the late 70's and early 80's. This condo is much bigger than these pictures lead you to believe. Very comfortable. There is no lake view, but ample space off the back deck to enjoy hte tahoe air.

My family had a fabulous stay just before Christmas. The condo is well decorated for holiday spirit. The kids love the loft with bunk and day beds. The price is right. It was very pleasant to deal with the owner Lynelle.I would strongly recommend this place and intend to come back.

If you are into Lake Tahoe and Mountain Biking then this is the place for you. Located just minutes from Kings beach this beautiful condo was perfect for me and My family. The condo is decorated wonderfully,and my daughters loved the loft. This is a very cozy, and comfortable condo, and we will be back in the winter for ski season. we enjoyed the hiking trail that is just down the street.

Our stay, though short (3 nights) was absolutely perfect. The Condo proved as indicated and beyond. Very Clean and WELL stocked. It is said that such a place is a reflection of the owners. Having spoken with the owners numerous times, we can attest to this, they are very hospitable and a true pleasure. We will return to the Condo, and maybe someday have the honor of meeting what are clearly wonderful owners. Recommended without a single reservation!!!!!!

I highly recommend this condo. My family of 4 completely enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, the accommodations are clean and comfortable and accurately depicted on the website, and the pool and amenities are perfect for active families (especially those with kids who MUST swim in a pool in order to call it a 'vacation'). The owners were also very helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back again soon.

Between alternating days to Sand Harbor, we took a cruise on the Tahoe Gal and attended the annual Wild Mustang and Burrow Expo in Reno. We also enjoyed the complex' pool, tennis court and ping pong table and going to the Kings Beach Miniature Golf and Northstar Roller Skating rink. We hope to be back next year! This condo has a great location - it was fast and easy to get to Tahoe City for fun Truckee River Rafting as well as to Donner Lake for fishing and swimming. The location within the complex made it easy to get to the pool and parking was very convenient. The amenities were wonderful and most of all the condo was immaculate. We would definately stay there again.

We had a great time in the condo. Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest would be a larger couch in the living area and a dresser in the lower master bedroom. We will definitely think about renting again.

What a great location. The pool is right across the street and beach is very close and stores are very close. Cabin is very clean and nice. My niece loved the sprial staircase. Would stay there again.
