Beautiful Rental Home in the Poconos - An all season get-away with central air conditioning, hot tub, all new furniture, bedding and elevated deck.

This warm inviting home is located in the private amenities filled, gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes. This home is within walking distance to the pool, and only a 5 minute ride to the lakes, basketball and tennis courts within the community. The community includes four lakes (three swimming and one fishing) some with beaches and playgrounds, two pools one with a smaller pool for young children. All of the amenities are offered to you as our guests at no extra cost.

The house is tastefully furnished in a country theme, giving your vacation to the mountains a cozy, comfortable feel. Our home is equipped with many extras to make your visit with us as comfortable as possible.

This home boasts three large bedrooms and two full baths. On the main floor you have the kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, TV/DVD with Satellite and a pull out queen sized sofa bed. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more. Our outdoor deck has patio furniture and a gas grill with additional propane tanks for your convenience for that warm summer night barbecue.

The main level has one king sized bedroom and one queen sized bedroom along with one full bath. Both bedrooms have TVs with satellite connections. The above ground lower level has beautiful sliding glass doors to the outside where you step up to the brand new seven-person hot tub, which is fully enclosed with privacy walls. The lower level has a large game room with eight-foot pool table and air hockey table, board games, TV and lounge area with a full-size futon couch/bed. The third, queen-size bedroom is located on the lower level along with a brand new, beautifully renovated full bath. You can reach out to the internet through our wireless connection. This home provides ample room to accommodate groups of up to 12 people.

There are so many activities within a short 20 to 30 minute ride including the Pocono Raceway, Shawnee Water Park, Camelbeach water park, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, rafting, canoeing, paint ball (10 minutes away), ATV riding, golfing, go-carts, snowmobile and sleigh riding, a children’s zoo gambling, and so much more. Only 20 minutes away you will find unlimited outlet shopping at The Crossings. The community is just minutes from four major ski areas offering not only skiing, but snow tubing. Within a ten minute ride you have Big Boulder and Jack Frost. Blue Mountain, and Camelback are only 20 minutes away.

The area is filled with all around seasonal activities for all ages.

  • Tony was professional all the way. He was wonderful to deal with. He called to make sure our arrival was safe and everytime we would call him with questions about nearby attractions he would answer them politely. The house is beautiful. Cozy, warm and had everything we were looking for. We were a large family and everyone was comfortable. Although in the same house we all had our space and privacy when we wanted it. We loved the barbecue grill and that wonderful relaxing hot-tub. My family did not want to return to New York after a stay at this house. We were actually stress free and that is what we wanted for once. Away from NY. Tony you are the best. Keep up the great work. I would recommend this house to anyone.

  • My friends and I tried to plan a trip last minute, and Tony was able to arrange for our stay with less than 24 hours of notice. Tony was a pleasure to deal with. The house was arranged very nicely and kept very clean. The hot tub, pool table, and air hockey table kept us busy when we weren't on the mountain snowboarding. There were enough pillows, blankets, beds, bathrooms, couches, tables, and space for all 8 of us to have a very comfortable stay. Pots, pans, and dishes were available for us to cook and grill. Overall, we had a great weekend and will rent from Tony again when traveling to the Poconos.
