Sunrise Beach has two beautiful pools and two hot tubs that are located five stories above the beach, affording wonderful views of the beach and gulf while relaxing pool side. Between the two oversized pools is a kiddie pool with a mushroom fountain for the younger guests. Overlooking the pool deck is a workout facility to satisfy even the biggest fitness buff.
There is also a theater on-site and a director of activities for the children. One of the nicest features of this building is the under-building parking, which saves a tremendous amount of time over the parking garages that are located across the street from most other high-rise condos.
From the moment you walk in the door of this 23rd floor, platinum rated condo unit you will know that this is the best vacation yet! The unit is fully tiled and the professional decorating has been carefully coordinated to engender a relaxing and fun environment.
You will feel as though you have been transported to the west indies as you settle in. As you make your way to the wall of windows in the living room, you will marvel at the expansive beachfront views and the azure blue waters of the gulf. If you look closely, you might even see the dolphins at play during your stay.
This unit on the 23rd floor has a large master suite that is beachfront, with sliding doors that lead out to the huge balcony over looking the gulf of Mexico. The suite is beautifully furnished with a king sized bed, an entertainment center and a private bath with both a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
There is also a bunk room that sports bunk beds and an armoire with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Unlike most buildings, this is an actual room - not bunks built into the wall of the hallway. That means the kids have a room to go to and watch TV or play video games while you relax and enjoy a sunset from the balcony. There is also a full bathroom across the hall from the bunk room and just steps away from the great room.
The living area has a couch that converts into a queen bed and two of the most comfortable chairs you'll ever find in any vacation rental. There is an entertainment center to enjoy when you've had enough sun and sand, and a computer hook-up ready for those who find it impossible to leave the internet at home.
The adorable rattan pub table in the dining area seats four and the kitchen bar seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for as little or as much use as your vacation allows. From the granite counters to the wine rack, you'll appreciate the attention to detail with your comfort and convenience in mind.

We were drawn to Panama City Beach because of its endless white sand beaches, azure blue waters and the wonderful variety of activities in the area. Over the past 8 years Panama City Beach has gone through an amazing transformation. With all of the beautiful new condo complexes that replaced dated buildings and the addition of Pier Park with all its shops and restaurants we felt now was the perfect time to buy into this area. Panama City Beach has everything our family enjoys about a beach vacation - miles of beach, plenty of activities to do and tons of restaurants to visit. Who could ask for more?
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
What we love most about our condo is the view. Walking in the door the first thing your eye is drawn to is the floor to ceiling windows that look out directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has the same wall-to-wall sliding glass windows that also access the balcony which runs the entire width of the condo. It's the best place to start the morning with a cup of coffee. Our building has great amentities too. There is a huge exercise room overlooking the water and two large pools and hot tubs, in addition to a media room for large gatherings. We also love how close we are to everything. Pier Park is less than a mile away. There are numerous fishing, golfing and water sport facilities within a few miles. The only problem we ever have is finding enough time to do everything we want before it's time to go home.

Hi, we're Greg and Donna Thorpe and we live in northern Illinois, 80 miles northwest of Chicago. Coming from the land of ice and snow has given us a deep appreciation for the warm climate and beautiful white sand beaches of northern Florida. Though our three sons are grown, they all love coming to Panama City Beach to spend vacation with family and friends.
