Welcome to our condo on at Sunrise Beach Condominium where we are located on the 23rd floor with some of the best views on the beach. And you’ll never see a sunset without thinking of how spectacular the ones are from our balcony. 1. Our condo has been decorated in a Coastal Contemporary theme with very comfy furniture and cool colors to enhance your stay at the beach.
2. The Master Suite has direct access to the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The Master Bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. New King Size mattress---Jan, 2012
3. The Bunk Room is a private room that allows the rest of your party to watch TV or a DVD without disturbing others. It contains a FULL bed and a TWIN. This is a much nicer choice than other buildings where the bunks are built into the hallway wall, allowing for no privacy.
4. The couch--{purchased 12/2010}-- makes into a comfortable queen bed that lets you sleep up to six people in the unit.
5. Two full bath rooms give you the privacy you want and the space others in your party need.
6. Fully Equipped Kitchen. This is no mini kitchen found in so many one bedroom units. We have full sized, upgraded appliances, granite counters and all the dishes and utensils you will need to cook.
7. Exceptionally Clean. Don’t underestimate the affect a dirty, grubby condo can have on your vacation. Our cleaning service is one of the best rated in the area. They take pride in making sure our condo is clean and ready for your arrival. And the tile throughout our unit will insure you won’t be dealing with matted down carpeting, dull with oil and sand.
8. Large, Fully Equipped Exercise Facility on site.
9. There are 2 Large Pools, 2 Oversized Hot Tubs and a Kiddy Fountain surrounded by a spacious deck furnished with lounge chairs and tables, all over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
10.Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas. We provide our renters with chairs and umbrella set up each day by the beach service for your use. No more lugging beach chairs up and down the elevator to the beach. All you need is a towel and sunscreen to enjoy your time in the sun.
11.Under Building Parking. Unlike so many buildings on the beach, our parking is under the building rather than across the street. This cuts out time from every trip and makes carrying bags to and from the condo so much easier.
12.ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING!! Our pricing includes the taxes, cleaning and the cost of the beach chairs. There are no hidden fees or costs. Some rental companies add hundreds of dollars to the quoted price, but with us what you see in the rate section is what you'll pay.

My husband and I have relocated to S.W. Florida 21 years ago. We have enjoyed many of Fl. beaches over the years but have to say Panama City Beach TOPS them all.
We call Panama City BEACH our backyard. We have the most beautiful view of crystal clear emerald waters, snow white sand, dolphins at play and sunsets that will leave long lasting memories.

My wife and I have stayed in the Sunrise Beach Resort several other times and although the other condos were fine, this one surpassed any of the others we rented. As can be seen from the photos (which very accurately depict the unit), the owners have done a beautiful job decorating (we found the colors very peaceful and calming, which is pretty important to type A ex workaholics, which unfortunately we both admit to). My wife and I also appreciated the thoughtfulness the owners put in to stocking the unit with everything one could ever need for a month’s stay. We were also impressed with how immaculate the unit was when we arrived. My wife who is much more sensitive to cleanliness than I am said this was cleanest condo we had ever rented. We have already reserved it for a month next year and look forward to coming back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I rented this condo for our 10th wedding anniversary! We had a blast at Sunrise Beach. This room is amazing and had all the amentities we could ever ask for! I loved the view from the balcony and really enjoyed the property in general. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms for just the two of us! The master bath is even better in person and I enjoyed taking baths in the huge jacuzzi tub every evening! We originally rented this condo from the previous owners and it sold before our vacation, but the new owners were great and easy to work with and we will definitely be saving this listing for a future visit!! The price was great for the week after labor day and the crowds were small which made our trip even more enjoyable! If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it!! Thanks again for a great & memorable vacation!
