Welcome to our condo on at Sunrise Beach Condominium where we are located on the 23rd floor with some of the best views on the beach. And you’ll never see a sunset without thinking of how spectacular the ones are from our balcony. But with so many condos for rent, we want to give you a few reasons you might consider us the best choice for your vacation.

1. Our condo has been decorated in a Coastal Contemporary theme with very comfy furniture and cool colors to enhance your stay at the beach.
2. The Master Suite has direct access to the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The Master Bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. New King Size mattress---Jan, 2012
3. The Bunk Room is a private room that allows the rest of your party to watch TV or a DVD without disturbing others. It contains a FULL bed and a TWIN. This is a much nicer choice than other buildings where the bunks are built into the hallway wall, allowing for no privacy.
4. The couch--{purchased 12/2010}-- makes into a comfortable queen bed that lets you sleep up to six people in the unit.
5. Two full bath rooms give you the privacy you want and the space others in your party need.
6. Fully Equipped Kitchen. This is no mini kitchen found in so many one bedroom units. We have full sized, upgraded appliances, granite counters and all the dishes and utensils you will need to cook.
7. Exceptionally Clean. Don’t underestimate the affect a dirty, grubby condo can have on your vacation. Our cleaning service is one of the best rated in the area. They take pride in making sure our condo is clean and ready for your arrival. And the tile throughout our unit will insure you won’t be dealing with matted down carpeting, dull with oil and sand.
8. Large, Fully Equipped Exercise Facility on site.
9. There are 2 Large Pools, 2 Oversized Hot Tubs and a Kiddy Fountain surrounded by a spacious deck furnished with lounge chairs and tables, all over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
10.Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas. We provide our renters with chairs and umbrella set up each day by the beach service for your use. No more lugging beach chairs up and down the elevator to the beach. All you need is a towel and sunscreen to enjoy your time in the sun.
11.Under Building Parking. Unlike so many buildings on the beach, our parking is under the building rather than across the street. This cuts out time from every trip and makes carrying bags to and from the condo so much easier.
12.ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING!! Our pricing includes the taxes, cleaning and the cost of the beach chairs. There are no hidden fees or costs. Some rental companies add hundreds of dollars to the quoted price, but with us what you see in the rate section is what you'll pay.

We just returned home from a 10 day stay at Sunrise Beach. The condo is as described, and the photos are accurate. I spoke to the owners prior to our rental and they answered all my questions and gave us great advice as to shopping and restaurants. The location is fantastic. The beach is beautiful and there are great restaurants within easy walking distance. Sharkey's was great for oysters (a five minute beach walk!) and Hook'd at Pier Park had great fish tacos. A lovely 30 minute walk on the beach and you are at the pier and Pier Park. The condo had everything you needed for cooking and drinks. The inside is lovely, beach colors and very nicely appointed. The beach chairs are ready to go every morning at 9am and the beach staff is very helpful. The pools are great and very large. We loved the condo and I hope to go back to it soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The overview given on the site gives an excellent sense of the condo. However,once I entered the condo in person all I could say was "Wow". The cleanliness,comforting deck and all the amenities that were provided made me feel like I had come home. The view was fabulous. This condo by far is the best my husband and I have stayed in during our trips to PCB. I look forward to our next visit. If anyone ask about an interior decorator I would recommend this owner- she has excellent taste. The deco will appeal to ages 1-100.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

What wonderful 4 day get-a-way for my birthday from husband. We have been coming to Panama City for over 35 years and this is by far the best condo we have stayed. When my husband says "lets come to this condo again next month", I truly know he has been satisfied. The owner was super in dealing with accomodations. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Beautifully decorated and so peaceful. The first trip in a while that we havent had some sort of problem. Looking forward to coming back!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Condo was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and save some money while eating in. Especially loved the large vanities and mirrors in bathrooms. Gave us plenty of room to get ready without stepping over one another. The keyless entry was wonderful so we did not have to keep up with keys. Wireless interenet was a plus. Overall experience was excellent and would definitely recommend this property to others. Owner very good to work with as well.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My wife and I have stayed in the Sunrise Beach Resort several other times and although the other condos were fine, this one surpassed any of the others we rented. As can be seen from the photos (which very accurately depict the unit), the owners have done a beautiful job decorating (we found the colors very peaceful and calming, which is pretty important to type A ex workaholics, which unfortunately we both admit to). My wife and I also appreciated the thoughtfulness the owners put in to stocking the unit with everything one could ever need for a month’s stay. We were also impressed with how immaculate the unit was when we arrived. My wife who is much more sensitive to cleanliness than I am said this was cleanest condo we had ever rented. We have already reserved it for a month next year and look forward to coming back.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I rented this condo for our 10th wedding anniversary! We had a blast at Sunrise Beach. This room is amazing and had all the amentities we could ever ask for! I loved the view from the balcony and really enjoyed the property in general. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms for just the two of us! The master bath is even better in person and I enjoyed taking baths in the huge jacuzzi tub every evening! We originally rented this condo from the previous owners and it sold before our vacation, but the new owners were great and easy to work with and we will definitely be saving this listing for a future visit!! The price was great for the week after labor day and the crowds were small which made our trip even more enjoyable! If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it!!
