Hale O Nanea means, "House of Relaxation and Comfort". This Secluded, tropical, Kailua retreat is completely enclosed via a lushly landscaped, gated surrounding. Our guests receive maximum privacy, security and uninterrupted enjoyment of the home and grounds.

The swimming pool can be enjoyed day or night with comfortable water temperatures. Hale O Nanea's back yard is where the pool is located. Our property neighbors preservation land which offers additional privacy to our guests. There are no neighbors visible when enjoying the pool area and extremely limited visibility exists of the side neighbors.

The home's interior is decorated in a tropical setting that soothes and comforts you in the cool trades and relaxed island style of living that islanders enjoy. Hale O Nanea comfortable furniture, full kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, additional bedding, cooking utensils and more. Hale O Nanea sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms.  We have a Queen sized
futon in the dining area that offers sleeping accommodations for two
additional persons for a total of 10 guests. There is a $25.00 per
person per night charge for guests over a party of 8.
A $600.00 refundable damage deposit is charged at the time of booking
and is refunded if no damages occur. A one time $330 cleaning charge is applied
to all bookings.  Best rate is our monthly rate of $6,000.00 per month.
A one time $100.00 gratuity is added to all bookings.
