The hillside location allows to open windows to allow the Mistral wind to come inside and offers a free view of the Carpentras plain, the surrounding villages and the Mont Ventoux.
The inside is rather traditional (lime plasters, génoise eaves details, Provençal window shutters). The house offers a modern layout of the interior rooms. On the ground floor, there is the living area (open plan kitchen, living, dining room, library/games area) of 110 sq.m, very bright and completely open onto the exterior terraces (100 sq.m), upstairs there are 4 bedrooms offering 10 sleeping arrangements, 2 of them have their own shower rooms, the other 2 share a third one.
On the outside you find shaded terraces inviting you to relax and unwind, and when the heat is too strong, the pool area (completely secured), allows you to refresh yourself while enjoying the scenery.
