Beach view steps away from the front door of the Casita - Rosarito Beach Vacation Rental Hacienda Las Tortugas is a charming 2 Bedroom house that is on the beach side of the trans-peninsular Hwy 1. It is located in La Mision which is an exclusive gated community with 24 hour security guards on premise. Twenty-five minutes south of lush 18-hole Real Del Mar and ten minutes north of dramatic 27-hole Baja Mar Golf Courses. Famous La Fonda Restaurant is one mile north. Shop and sightsee in Rosarito Beach and cruise - port town of Ensenada. Tour wineries, visit museums and cultural centers, charter a fishing boat. See Fox Studios Baja Titanic Museum and Foxploration. Dine at Lobster Village in Puerto Nuevo. There are also shops and market and pharmacy so you really do not need to go into Rosarito or Ensendada if you choose not to. Once you step out of the courtyard in front of the living room, turn right and walk exactly 10 steps, the pacific ocean is right there. It has a Majestic sandy beach that stretches for miles. The Casita (small house in spanish) is very old world Spanish. There is a beautiful courtyard surrounding the house with an outdoor fireplace and grill. The living room and the Master also have a fireplace. The home is very warm and relaxing.

$150/night 3 night minimum stay or $750/week (6 nights).
$100 cleaning, firewood  and care takers services fee (on call 24/7)
50% deposit required for reservation confirmation
Security deposit of $250 required with balance due 2 weeks prior to reservation
Payment can  be made thorugh Paypal - easy and secure.
Check in is 2:00pm and checkout is 11:00am
cancellation will forfeit 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to reservation
canellation 2 weeks or less prior to reservation forfeit 100%
