Relax and Enjoy a Terra Verde Florida vacation. Just minutes from Disney and 15 min from Universal & Sea World. Close enough to all the action without the stress of a big commercial-style hotel. Your private town home is fully equipped with everything you need. This is an upgraded two-level home featuring three bedrooms and two and-a-half baths. (not all units are upgraded)

The master bedroom has its own private bath with glass enclosed step in shower. Wake up to a beautiful water view. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is also a main bath with glass enclosed tub and shower on the bedroom level. The main level offers a formal living room with sleeper bed, formal dining room, 1/2 bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equiped with a side by side fridge with auto ice maker. There is also a self cleaning oven, smooth top range and built in micro. Out the slider doors you will find a private patio with six person hot tub.

The home has central air and heat and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is even cable TV in all the rooms. The living room TV is equipped with cable, DVD player, VCR and assorted games movies and books for your enjoyment.

Your town home is fully stocked with towels, blankets, extra pillows, blow dryer, dishes, pot and pans. Home sleeps eight. Everything you need for a Memorable Family Vacation!

The Club House is spectacular with a Tiki Bar, oversized pool, hot tub, sand volley ball, basketball court, kiddie play ground, exercise room, game room, computer room, bath room facilities, meeting room and lake stocked with fish.

*7 night stay = $450.00 + $58.50 tax + $85.00 clean fee = $593.50*

  • We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable, beautifully furnished townhome. We felt like we were the first ones to stay here. Roxane is extremely accomodating to work with. Use of the clubhouse, computer center and large community pools were a wonderful extra. Location is also good -- highly recommended!
