My house was remodeled a few years ago after the design of an architect. It has cathedral celing in the living-room, kitchen and dinning area, and six skylights all together, plus all the confort of a regular house.
Besides being spic and span, is maintenance free, because has hardwood floor in all the bedrooms and ceramic floor in the above mentioned areas.
It has three bedrooms, and two baths plus an outdoor shower. Immaculate condition. Contemporary, new remodelling, big kitchen-dinning area with four skylights, and French door, going to a wood deck outside. Outside wrought iron patio furniture.
A beautiful three-season room out of the kitchen with six sliding glass doors, a glass dinette set, cable TV set and a futon.
Three cable TVs(one is digital),VCR,DVD,two telephones.
It is on a dead-end street with not thru traffic, on a wider than normal paved street. Safe por older people and children,and a short half block from a small shpping area with a minigolf, ice cream parlor, general store and grocery store and a small restaurant. Two more restaurants and a bakery nearby.
And yet private, it is close to two main roads.
6 short irregular blocks to the nearest public beach.
