Lagoon area for families is charming dogs allowed. these Houses w/ guest parking yeah!!
Have a wonderful day at the New Avila hidden paradise/bonfires at the beach or in the back yard. Fish from the two piers. Kayak, just have fun. Dog beach too
The property has private fenced yards with off street parking and you can barbeque nightly, fresh fish from the boardwalk There are two cottages each with 2 bedroom and 2 bath ALSO a one 1 bedroom 1 bath apt. ALSO a NEW studio for couple, queen bed, kitchenette, nice bath.
Ask for The Hermosa House or the Cape Cod Cottage if you need 2bedrm, or ask for the one bedroom apt called Gull's Loft which is upstairs with peek a boo ocean! Also the studio with lg Kitchenette and nice bathrm....really a good spot for single or couple at good price. Non smoking for sure! All small pet friendly. Pets must be registered/approved/security required(of course you must clean up inside and outside after your pet!!) Avila is always warmer and more sun filled than Pismo etc/a hidden micro climate Great yards and parking and barbeque areas.

Our units are full of charm and that means the traditions of the 50's. Great personality,nice linens,and the character of the last century. The beach is beautiful and are much like Manhattan Beach of the 50's. This is a slower pace darling community. Our guest books say PLEASE NEVER CHANGE Take a trip soon as who knows how long the charmer will be in million dollar Avila!
