One Studio with kitchenet 4 single person/queen bed/cute kitchen and nice bath. Studio wonderful spot for single individual One beach Bungaloww/2 bedrms.. flat walk 2 blocks to the seashore boardwalk/lagoon. GOLF is a walk away/ pet friendly!must reg your pet /no non registered pets!! Day Spa La Fonda at Avila Beach one block away/Sycamore Springs Day Spa short 1/4 mile away/Thursdays eve farmers market in San Louis Obispo/Friday Avila has a smaller market on front street with wine and live and music and flowers fresh vegies etc and fun/golf course two blocks away/two nice piers/lagoon for kids and pets/all clean and new at the beach including restrooms. Lagoon area for families beach is dog friendly 5pm to 10:00am. these Houses w/ guest parking yeah!! This is a quiet area

The property has private fenced yards with off street parking and you can barbeque nightly, fresh fish from the boardwalk There are two cottages each with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. ALSO a studio for quiet person, bed, kitchenette, nice bathroom.
Ask for the Cape Cod Bungalow if you need 2bedrm, or ask for the Studio with lg Kitchenette and nice bathrm....really a good spot at good price. Non smoking for sure! All small pet friendly. Pets must be registered/approved/security required(of course you must clean up inside and outside after your pet!!) Avila is always warmer and more sun filled than Pismo etc/a hidden micro climate Great yards and parking and barbeque areas.

FYI the bookings are filling up so make your plans for what is left of 2011 And summer is not too soon as the books are filling up with regulars to our Avila two cottages, and even the new studio.NOW WE ARE BOOKING 2011 The seashore is 2 flat blocks. The wineries are every where. We have created a nice charmed beach spots for your extended stay! You can bring your registered small pet. What a great area to explore and have a vacation pay washer and dryer available to guest.

This place needs a overhaul! It is a old, crooked, sinking little home that wasn't well made, but could be charming if taken care of. Much was not clean upon our arrival and many of the amenities were broken or so old they didn't work properly. It was nice that it take dogs. It needs a better cleaning service, update it to the level that most all of the other places in the area offer. About: Not an absentee owner or a bank owned property. Several of the Bungalows have permanent tenants that are delightful natives of Avila. Our property is safe and neighborly. We are not "condo" owners by default but rather seasoned owners looking for vacation renters that respect the way it used to be!
Why Avila Beach:
This is an unusual property made up of two large lots which are designed to be five ren rentals,however, there are two available for weekly guest. we are not the crowed and packed together condos. Open space and private

Our units are full of charm and that means the traditions of the 50's. Great We just opened my studio for min 2wks min lots of personality,nice linens,and the character of the last century. The beach is beautiful and are much like Manhattan Beach of the 50's. This is a slower pace darling community. Our guest books say PLEASE NEVER CHANGE Take a trip soon as who knows how long the charmer will be in million dollar Avila!
