Our first visit as a family to Florida was made even more magical because of the ability to be able to interact as a family in this wonderful home. The large and well laid out living area and the appeal of the relaxing pool and hot tub assisted our large group to enjoy our time together. David's attention to detail before, during, and after the vacation melded closely with the superb service by the property managers to make the entire experience one that has already prompted talks of our family talking of our next trip. Finding a jewel like this which is close to shopping and all attractions, while, most importantly, offering the freedom to interact together privately as a family is priceless. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Perfect villa for the perfect holiday

We stayed at this villa for a week while visiting Disney and Universal. We found the whole process exceeded expectations, right from my first question till the day of arrival David was helpful beyond the call of a property owner. We felt very prepared and welcome for our stay. The kids loved the pool and spent hours in it while we rested from a day walking around the parks. Supermarkets were close at hand and there were plenty places to eat out on the way back from Disney. Our party was 4 adults and 5 kids and we fitted in with room to spare. I'd highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a pain free stay in Orlando.

great vacation villa

We just spent 2 weeks at this villa and it is all just as you see it. David the owner is positively the nicest most generous man you will ever deal with. The rooms are spacious and the pool is wonderful. If we are to return to Florida we will stay at this property in a heartbeat. Perfect for families and worked well for 4 seniors like us.

Let me begin by saying that this was the best experience that I have ever had with the rental of a vacation home. From the very beginning of the rental inquiry I knew that David was someone that I would enjoy to do business with. His emails were prompt and the information was accurate. This whole process was not stressful and the home was exactly as described. With all of the little extras that David did from the nice cards in the mail to the snack bag waiting for us when we arrived was all very appreciated. The home was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean, clean, clean...We were able to walk around in our bare feet and not feel like we would catch something. The pool and hot tub were great. Am glad that we heated them because the temperature was quite cool in the evenings. To be able to return to the home in the evening after our convention and dinner was so nice. We all had our own space and if someone was tired they could go to bed without interrupting anyone else. I would definately rent another one of Davids homes. This home was also in a great location for Disney but also for the Orange County Convention Center and surrounding area...

Return trip to the villa

This was our second trip to the villa. As with our first booking, David promptly answered any and all questions that I had leading up to our vacation. When we arrived at the villa we were pleasantly surprised to see the "welcoming package" from David. I truly believe it would be hard to find a villa owner that is more involved and considerate of his visitors. The house was exactly as we remembered. It was very clean and organized. The pool and the hot tub were excellent. In our group we had 5 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room for everyone. We spent a lot of time at the nearby amusement parks. We also drove to Cocoa Beach one day and Clearwater Beach another day. The villa is situated in a great location to reach the west and east coasts of Florida and is in an optimum location to reach Disney World. I have, and will continue to recommend this villa to anyone that is entertaining a vacation to Florida. Our experience with the owner and his villa has been nothing short of spectacular. Thanks again David for the great experience and keep up the good work!

Great Villa

This wonderful villa is situated in a small community near the highway. There are markets for food down the road and the Disney and Universal parks are all only 15 minutes away which is perfect. House is clean and spacious with two room for hanging out and watching tv/movies.

Wonderful home!!!

Our stay at the villa was all we hoped it would be. We were offered an early check in as well as a late check out !!! There was plenty of room for all seven of us. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as many as three times a day!!!! The home was very clean and was as beautiful as the pictures depicted. We would absolutely recommend this villa to friends and family and anyone that is looking for a comfortable place to stay while on vacation. It is very close to all amenities and it was a very beautiful and safe area as well!

The place was more than we expected lots of room close to all the attraction ,grocery stores etc. pool was warm as was the spa . Would recommend to anybody with a large family or a group of good friends .

Disney vacation

The house was fantastic, large and lots of room to spread out. David (the owner) seems to have thought of everything. From garbage bags to some great snacks and water, he missed nothing. All of the cooking utensils are supplied. Due to the weather being a little chily my wife and grandkids only used the spa but the pool did look inviting. He gave us hints on where to go and left impeccable directions to Disney and other important locales. Can't wait to stay there again.

Attentive owner with a very comfortable home

First off let me say that I have used rental homes in the Davenport/Lake Buena Vista area for 7 years and this was the nicest most economical home yet. My stay at the Legacy park villa was exactly what I needed. I was in town for work with 4 other co workers and we needed a home with enough room for us to spend time together but also get some alone time when needed. The furnishings in the home were very comfortable and having a easy access wifi was another plus. Dave was a great owner to work with as he always gave me tons of information and answered all the questions I had within 24 hours. I plan on staying here again next year when I visit the Orlando area and I would recommend this to my friends over the other homes I've stayed at in Davenport in the past.

Beautiful villa. Great rental experience

I just would like to start by saying that David has made this whole rental experience amazing. His personal touches have added to our wonderful vacation memories. Upon entering the residence it was obvious the house and grounds were well maintained. We felt at home. We dined in for breakfast and ate several suppers with comfort and ease. As a group of nine, the home was roomy and the decor pleasing.The children enjoyed the pool and worked off the excitement of Disney World. The location was perfect for our visit to all the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. I would recommend the property to all my friends intending a Disney Vacation. The photo does not do the home justice in relating the great size.

As this was our second visit to this villa, our expectations were set very high & I must say yet again it didn't disappoint! We had a great time here! The villa was very modern & very centrally located! Just a stones throw from Disney world! If & when we return to Florida, we would not hesitate to book this villa again! Thumbs up here!!!!!!!

A brilliant holiday

We had a great time in Florida, helped by the exceptional villa. The pre-arrival emails and letters we received were beyond the call of duty and show that David (the owner) takes pride in renting his home. The villa itself was brilliant - spacious, bright and a haven following busy days at the theme parks. Our 2 sons loved the pool (only the threat of lightning on one occasion made them get out!) - The photos on the website are a good representation As a family of 4 we rattled around a little (it would take 10 comfortably), but we closed down a couple of the bedrooms and made it our home for a fortnight. The open plan kitchen / dining area / lounge was brilliant and meant we could watch the pool whilst cooking. The fact it backs onto grass and forest is also very calming. The drive from the theme parks takes around 20 minutes from World Drive but you pass all the main supermarkets etc so it makes it easy to shop on the way home. The fact we were distant from Disney meant we could relax away from the glare of the parks in the evenings. Overall - a great holiday and somewhere we would consider going back to if we return to Florida again. I'll be recommending it to people if they are going to be holidaying in Orlando.

This Villa /The Owner are Just The Best

Our short stay at this top end villa is a time we will always look back at with fond memories.. From the moment we all walked through the front door to the time we had to unfortunatly leave ,we enjoyed every second /minute of our stay . There were six of us staying at this home and we never felt cramped, the pool area my grand children just adored and to sit outside at night listening to the crickets, looking at the stars was so tranquil, you would not think you were so close to Disney The interior us just lovely, very high spec , so clean upon our arrival , and the owner is a star , so helpfull in every way possible . We look forward to our returnng for a 2nd longer visit Carly

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa is gorgeous; nicely decorated. It was five adults and five children in the home and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of space; we never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable; we slept well. The kids enjoyed the spa and pool. We would definitely stay there again (if available). The only minor item that would have made our stay a bit more comfortable would have been the AC; we would have liked it a bit lower. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

After spending ten great days on a cruise around the Carribean we arrived at our villa to spend the last three nights of our stay with our parents who were travelling with us as they were celebtraing their golden wedding anniversary , As soon as we opened the front door of our chosen property we were hit by a night mare , the pictures portrayed on the villa owners site were nothing like what was confronting us , we were so disapointed and decided we could not stay there A quick visit to a internet cafe and after scrollong through tens of properties we came upon Davids villa, we rang him in the UK and in the space of two hours the booking/payment was made and we were all glad we did so . As soon as we entered the villa , wow , we knew we had strruck gold, it was so clean , so spacious ,furnished superbly,located in a great location , it met all our needs and more I would like to say thanks to David the owner for his speedy efficient action is getting us into his property asap and for being so kind and helpfull to us Anyone wanting to book a villa in Orlando then book this villa as it is cut above the rest of the properties on offer , plus the owner is so genuine and upfront and helpfull We will without hesitation recommend this property to all our friends/family and we all hope to return for a longer stay next visit

We had a wonderful time when we were at the parks and when we just stayed home and chilled. You have a very beautiful home and we did our best to take great care of it. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer I guess that saying is true time flies when you're having fun. We try to go out there every summer so if the kids wants to go back to Florida we will definitely stay at your home . Memorable family vacation

Coming all the way from California and traveling for hours, my family and I were ecstatic to arrive at a very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable house to stay for a week-long vacation. The location of the house is convenient to all the amusement parks that our kids would like to visit. Easy access to different restaurants, shopping places, and to main highways. We definitely enjoyed the pool on a day that we decided to stay in and relax from running around. Best part of this experience is how the owner, David, and his property management team gave us a lot of peace of mind and answered all of our questions promptly. Thank you so much David for personally taking care of our stay in your lovely house. My family and I are looking forward to staying here again!

I booked this villa, not for myself, but for a family who was gifted a Disney Vacation in honor of my daughter who passed away in 2010. David was an amazing person with whom to deal!! He worked closely with me to make certain that this vacation would be a perfect vacation. Not only did he stay in contact with me several times per week (as well as during and after the vacation), but he also went the extra mile to assure that my guests at his villa were well taken care of. There were little welcome gifts and balloons for the children, light refreshments in the refrigerator, and snacks for TV watching. His villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable (per the feedback from my awardees). Planning this special trip from a long distance made me nervous as I wanted everything perfect and David made sure that it was. Not only will I use his villa again, but I will also refer my friends and family to his site as well. Thanks a million, David!

We stayed 5 nights at this great home. and what can I say, it was a pleasure to stay there . The first time my wife and I stayed in this villa was 2 years ago and we loved it so much we decided to come back this year. As soon as you open the door, instant relaxation starts. The house provides everything you could possibly want on a holiday. The swimming pool is marvellous and so are the bedrooms and sitting room with big screen tv. What appeals to us as well (and likely to more European visitors) is the interior decoration. It's a more modern interiour (to European taste) style than most villa's. We stayed in the house with just the 2 of us and we enjoyed the luxury space. However, if you plan a stay with a bigger group, the house provides enough space and bedrooms+bathrooms for everyone to harbour and have some privacy too. We would recommend this house to anyone planning a stay in the wider Orlando area. Disney and other parks, International Drive are (less than) 30 minutes away, fabulous supermarket around the corner and any restaurant you could possibly be looking for within 10 minutes. Book this villa and have a guarenteed wonderful holiday. Have fun!

The house was great. Very comfy beds. Extra family room upstairs was great for kids. Pool was great after a long day at the parks! Neighborhood was quiet. House was very clean and well maintained. Dave was fabulous to work with. Very accommodating and helpful! The location was easy to get to from all the parks. We would stay here again!

This was a suprise vacation for my lovely wife after a difficult year for us both. David the owner liased with myself on countless e mails to help make the planning for our arrival a secret and as requested by myself he arranged for flowers / chocolates to be in the villa for my wifes arrival . I had so many questions to ask about the villa and attractions but he always got back to me promptly and with precise information I would just like to say thank you David for helping me make this trip for my wife so special , she was balled over by the villa on our arrival , the fotos look great on VRBO of the property but nothing can prepare you for when you enter through the front door and you are first confronted by the fantastic dining room , each room as you wander through the property is just and so lovely There were only two of us staying , there was so much space, the villa was so clean , full of light and spacious , to sit outside by the pool area at night and look at the stars was just magical This trip will always be special to us and a big part of it is due to Davids hep organising it l and of course staying at the villa which is just awesome We will l most defianlty recommend the property to everyone who says they that will be going to Orlando Thanks Again from Us Both Angel

This villa was above all expectations! We decided to stay here because it was recommended to use by a family member and we were glad we took her advise. The villa was a perfect fit for our needs. Because there were five adults and two children it provided us with plenty of space. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub right outside the door. Also was very handy to have a bathroom by the pool,especially with younger kids. Being close to all the major attractions was another reason we chose this villa. In no time you can be at any attractions,grocery stores or restaurants. And if your lucky the ice cream man may be in the neighborhood! The grandchildren couldn't get out of the pool fast enough to go and place their order! David, I want to thank you for a beautiful place and all you did to make our stay perfect. We could not have asked for more.

We would highly recommend this home. Cleanliness is very important to me and the home was well maintained and very clean. My family was overwhelmed by the size of the house and the rooms . Very comfortable home! David - the owner was a wealth of information and kept in touch with us before we arrived, during and after our trip. My kids were thrilled with the added touches he gave to them !! Thank you David for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful home ! The pool was definitely put to good use ...lol we all had wrinkled toes and fingers! We loved our stay!!

The owner, David, was very helpful--giving us information in advance and answering our emailed questions. Having stayed at other self-catering places in the US and UK, I found his personal touch and concern that we enjoyed our stay very charming. The kids (5 of them -- ages 5, 6, 10, 12, 18) loved having so much room and one of the younger ones commented, "I wish we had a house like this to live in at home!" Thanks, David, for making our stay so comfortable and affordable. [Note: One bedroom downstairs, four more upstairs, so make sure most of your party can handle steps.]

We have been to Orlando several times but this Villa was the best accommodation we have stayed at!!! The Villa is fully equipped to meet the needs for a fun family stay. The home has linens provided and fully equipped kitchen. The pool was great!!! The Villa is even better than what the photos show. The Villa is very spacious and great location close to Disney and stores!!! We had a great time and the booking of the Villa was so easy. Cannot wait to stay at the Villa again. We were extremely happy with the villa during our recent second stay here. The villa felt very spacious even though there were 10 of us for this trip. The villa remains exactly as described and the towels, bed linen etc looked new and fresh. Owner extremely helpful throughout the booking process and I would thoroughly recommend this villa. We visited Cracker Barrel on this visit near mile marker 5 on the 192 and were impressed by the quality of the food and cost.

We live in Miami and have been to the Disney area many, many times over the years but have never enjpyed our Orlando vacation as much as this last time and we owe it all to David and his amazing vacation villa. I just wish we would have discovered this fantastic home sooner because we would have saved a ton of money and would have been a LOT more comfortable than when we stayed in a hotel room. David was great to work with. He responded to our emails immediately and answered all of our questions in a timely and very thorough manner. When we completeled the rental, David sent us a tremendous amount of very useful information about his home, the surrounding area and excellent directions from Miami right to his front door. We arrived at about 8 PM on Monday night and were tired after a 4 hour drive from Miami. We pulled up to Davids home and were immediately impressed by how large it was but it wasn't until we opened the front door that we truly were able to see how spacious this home really was. We ran through the home like excited little children marveling at the number of rooms, the beautiful decorations and the size of the spaces. The upstairs master bedroom is absolutely the largest bedroom I have ever seen. You enter the bedroom through a set of double doors and immediately are amazed at the sheer size of this room and the master bathroom is the size of many medium size bedrooms. Needless to say that we had more space than we really needed, but we felt spoiled by all of the space and comfort that this home afforded us. The home was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were multiple flat screen Tv's throught the home and the heated pool in the backyark was the perfect way to end the day. The most imporatnt thing about this home is its proximity to the Disney parks. We went to the parks 6 days straight and I don't think we were farther than 10 - 15 minutes from the entrance to all of the parks. We were so close that we would arrive at the parks when they opened, would stay a few hours then leave for our home to rest, then return to the parks at 4 or 5 PM. Now that we have discovered this fantastic home, I can't imagine ever staying in a cramped, expensive hotel room again. For anyone reading this review, you can't go wrong renting this home. There are a LOT of homes for rent in the Orlando area, I personally reviewed about 100 of them and am glad that we chose Davids great vacation home. Thanks David and we'll be back soon.

Seven glorious nights at this property . Every thing just perfect for our four kids , and if our kids are happy them myself and my wife are happy , Close to the theme parks , shopping , great pool area which the kids just loved , they also loved the den area upstair to watch tv and dvds as they could chill out without mum and dad being about We have stayed at over 12 properties over the years , but this one wins hands down by miles . The property is so well stocked with everything you need, so clean , amazing interior , it was a privilidge to stay there , none of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay Only one small glitch during our stay but credit to the Management Company and owner , it was sorted within twelve hours ( overnight) of us reporting it to them We will definatly recommed this place to everyone who wants ot visit Orlando Thanks from a very happy family from Dublin

My wife and I and our three kids had been touring around Florida for two weeks and for our third week we booked into Davids villa Our first thoughts as we entered into the property was , this is amazing . As we explored each room it was like entering an Aladinns cave , each room was perfectly themed and furninshed ,and the villa was spotlessly clean. The pool area , our kids just loved it , they spent so much time in the pool having the time of their lives , there are great views of the conservation area at the rear also , ideal to relax by , have a drink and unwind after a day out , . The villa just blew our mind A big thanks to the owner also , he replied promptly to all our e mails and gave us usefull tips to help during our stay , we really wished we had booked longer at this villa , which when we return to Florida we most certainly will do A Big Thanks from the Kingsman family ( Perth Scotland)

The home was very clean and comfortable for a group with kids included. It is located in Davenport just over the border from the county which the Orlando area attractions are located. If you want to be able to relax when not at an attraction this is a good option. There is a Walgreen's and Publix plaza within a mile as well for things you need in a pinch or to get what you need to cook rather than go out for every meal. I will be back there.

We stayed here with one toddler and a 6 month old and 5 adults and we never got in each other's way. It was beautiful and the pool was great at the end of a long day. It was very clean and felt just like home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a house to stay in during your vacation.

When can we go back? is the only question on our minds at the moment. The villa is stunning and the owner David definitely goes out of his way to make your stay perfect (we now think of him as a friend) Our flight was delayed by several hours so the delightful bag of goodies that David left for us on arrival lifted our spirits after a very long day. The house was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location and it is by far the best we have ever stayed in during all of our visits to the area. I would have no trouble recommending it to others and we are already saving for our next stay.

There is no doubt when we return to Florida we will be staying at this villa. From the time I inquired about this villa to the end of our vacation, I can honestly say everything was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. I have never encountered an owner as kind and gracious as David. He assisted us with an honest answer to every question we had and did it in a very timely matter. We also were greatly impressed at the gift pack of food and drink that awaited us at the villa when we arrived after a long day of travel. Thanks again David for that unexpected surprise! The villa itself was everything the pictures detailed and then some. Everyone in our family was very impressed with the house and pool. The house was so spacious and clean it was unbelievable. The master bedroom was the largest and most accommodating bedroom that I have ever stayed in in all my travels. The pool and spa were outstanding. We only wish we could have spent more time at the villa. Next time we visit we will be sure to take time out to spend an entire day at the villa. Again, everything about this place exceeded all 6 of our family member's expectations. Usually when you are on a vacation it is always nice to get back home, but if you stay in this villa you will truly not want to leave. It is certainly the best "home away from home" I have ever encountered. So in closing, I would like to say to everyone that is contemplating staying at this house... After reading all the reviews about this property , when had high expectations for our arrival Were we dissapointed at what we found when we arrived at the properrty , no The villa is superb in every way , our two kids had one word to descrive the villa , AWESOME I would without hesitaion recomend this property to any one who likes , quality living at affordable prices, its so great for familes Thanks to the owners for making the booking process so easy , , answering all our questions promptly , for all the information they supplied about the theme parks , they are so informative, no travel agent would supply the service we received from David the co owner, thanks again We will definatly return again for another stay

From the outset of our enquiry , they were promp and efficient and helpful in their responses to us , we fely totally comfortable and at ease dealing with them . The villa itself was wonderful , the fotos do not do it justice , the interior is just so gorgeous .We truly had a wondeful family vacation and hopefully we will retuirn again for another memorable stay .Thank You again

The villa that makes you go "WOW"

When we arrived at the villa and went in everybody said "wow". It was very spacious and clean. We loved the layout if the villa. A downstairs double bedroom with ensuite provided my mother in law with her own space without using the stairs. The master bedroom is the biggest bedroom I have ever seen. The upstairs loft area was great for the children to relax while watching tv after a day at the parks. It was great to have the upstairs laundry room as this ment I had no washing to bring home. The pool area was wonderful. The children loved the pool. We were able to lie by the pool on the recliners or at the patio table. Getting to the parks was easy taking around 10 mins. There is a publix supermarket around 2 min drive from the villa. Without a doubt I will be returning to the villa and I would recommend this villa to anyone. The pool area was wonderful with

Situated as close to Disney as you can probably get, this sumptuous villa astounded us all on walking through the door. Although we had looked (many times) at the listing photo's and read the villa description until we could recite it - there was such a thrill to actually see the stunning furniture, decor, art works and amenities and then to feel the spaciousness of the entire property makes describing it's full impact impossible. The villa is decorated and furnished impeccably and to standards second to none. Spotlessly clean throughout, more than enough towels, bedding, crockery and facilities, we wanted for nothing throughout our stay and felt as though we were living in a palace. Information given to us in advance by the owner was true and accurate and he was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. This trip to Florida was a 'once in a life-time' holiday for our family and staying in this particular, outstanding, villa ensured that we all had a totally memorable time with many happy memories based in the villa its's self. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this villa to other people as it enhanced all that was good about our holiday and will bring a smile to all our faces for a long, long time to come.

This is a beautifully furnished villa and the accommodation suited us perfectly. 3 families and still plenty of space for us all. It was lovely to watch the hot-air balloons rising early in the morning from the upstairs den and then sit by the pool in the evening and watch the sun go down over the conservation area - fantastic view. The kids were in the pool any spare minute they had and it was perfect for them. The Villa Management company was excellent - very friendly and easily on hand for any queries and the personal service offered by the owner prior to the trip answering queries and assisting with car hire, etc was also extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Would be more than happy to recommend this property and hopefully a return visit will not be too far away! The villa really made the holiday something special and we were all impressed by the quality of the accommodation.
