We stayed 5 nights at this great home. and what can I say, it was a pleasure to stay there . The villa was so clean and full of sunlight , we all loved the interior, including the kids , so differant to other Fl vacation homes, it really made it stand out at the front of the pack when we were looking at what home to choose to stay in on our vacation ,and we were so glad we choose this particular villa it really is above the rest when you compare what is on offer The ,great pool area and upstairs den were enjoyed by my three kids , it was the best family vacation we have had in a long time and we will sure head back for another visit and and for sure will recommend it to all our friends David the owner is great source of information about the area, the theme parks,local attractions , any question we had he responded promptly , I felt that he became a e mail friend with all the e mails I sent him and his repsoses : > ) it was a pleasure to deal with him and he gave me confodance in making the booking with him Thanks Again David For making our trip one to remember Dominic

Fun in the sun

The house was great. Very comfy beds. Extra family room upstairs was great for kids. Pool was great after a long day at the parks! Neighborhood was quiet. House was very clean and well maintained. Dave was fabulous to work with. Very accommodating and helpful! The location was easy to get to from all the parks. We would stay here again!

Magical Experience Staying At This Top End Villa

This was a suprise vacation for my lovely wife after a difficult year for us both. David the owner liased with myself on countless e mails to help make the planning for our arrival a secret and as requested by myself he arranged for flowers / chocolates to be in the villa for my wifes arrival . I had so many questions to ask about the villa and attractions but he always got back to me promptly and with precise information I would just like to say thank you David for helping me make this trip for my wife so special , she was balled over by the villa on our arrival , the fotos look great on VRBO of the property but nothing can prepare you for when you enter through the front door and you are first confronted by the fantastic dining room , each room as you wander through the property is just and so lovely There were only two of us staying , there was so much space, the villa was so clean , full of light and spacious , to sit outside by the pool area at night and look at the stars was just magical This trip will always be special to us and a big part of it is due to Davids hep organising it l and of course staying at the villa which is just awesome We will l most defianlty recommend the property to everyone who says they that will be going to Orlando Thanks Again from Us Both Angel

We would highly recommend this home. Cleanliness is very important to me and the home was well maintained and very clean. My family was overwhelmed by the size of the house and the rooms . Very comfortable home! David - the owner was a wealth of information and kept in touch with us before we arrived, during and after our trip. My kids were thrilled with the added touches he gave to them !! Thank you David for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful home ! The owner, David, was very helpful--giving us information in advance and answering our emailed questions. Having stayed at other self-catering places in the US and UK, I found his personal touch and concern that we enjoyed our stay very charming. The kids (5 of them -- ages 5, 6, 10, 12, 18) loved having so much room and one of the younger ones commented, "I wish we had a house like this to live in at home!" Thanks, David, for making our stay so comfortable and affordable. [Note: One bedroom downstairs, four more upstairs, so make sure most of your party can handle steps.]

We have been to Orlando several times but this Villa was the best accommodation we have stayed at!!! The Villa is fully equipped to meet the needs for a fun family stay. The home has linens provided and fully equipped kitchen. The pool was great!!! The Villa is even better than what the photos show. The Villa is very spacious and great location close to Disney and stores!!! We had a great time and the booking of the Villa was so easy. Cannot wait to stay at the Villa again. We were extremely happy with the villa during our recent second stay here. The villa felt very spacious even though there were 10 of us for this trip. The villa remains exactly as described and the towels, bed linen etc looked new and fresh. Owner extremely helpful throughout the booking process and I would thoroughly recommend this villa. We visited Cracker Barrel on this visit near mile marker 5 on the 192 and were impressed by the quality of the food and cost.

We live in Miami and have been to the Disney area many, many times over the years but have never enjpyed our Orlando vacation as much as this last time and we owe it all to David and his amazing vacation villa. I just wish we would have discovered this fantastic home sooner because we would have saved a ton of money and would have been a LOT more comfortable than when we stayed in a hotel room. David was great to work with. He responded to our emails immediately and answered all of our questions in a timely and very thorough manner. When we completeled the rental, David sent us a tremendous amount of very useful information about his home, the surrounding area and excellent directions from Miami right to his front door. We arrived at about 8 PM on Monday night and were tired after a 4 hour drive from Miami. We pulled up to Davids home and were immediately impressed by how large it was but it wasn't until we opened the front door that we truly were able to see how spacious this home really was. We ran through the home like excited little children marveling at the number of rooms, the beautiful decorations and the size of the spaces. The upstairs master bedroom is absolutely the largest bedroom I have ever seen. You enter the bedroom through a set of double doors and immediately are amazed at the sheer size of this room and the master bathroom is the size of many medium size bedrooms. Needless to say that we had more space than we really needed, but we felt spoiled by all of the space and comfort that this home afforded us. The home was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were multiple flat screen Tv's throught the home and the heated pool in the backyark was the perfect way to end the day. The most imporatnt thing about this home is its proximity to the Disney parks. We went to the parks 6 days straight and I don't think we were farther than 10 - 15 minutes from the entrance to all of the parks. We were so close that we would arrive at the parks when they opened, would stay a few hours then leave for our home to rest, then return to the parks at 4 or 5 PM. Now that we have discovered this fantastic home, I can't imagine ever staying in a cramped, expensive hotel room again. For anyone reading this review, you can't go wrong renting this home. There are a LOT of homes for rent in the Orlando area, I personally reviewed about 100 of them and am glad that we chose Davids great vacation home. Thanks David and we'll be back soon.

Seven glorious nights at this property . Every thing just perfect for our four kids , and if our kids are happy them myself and my wife are happy , Close to the theme parks , shopping , great pool area which the kids just loved , they also loved the den area upstair to watch tv and dvds as they could chill out without mum and dad being about We have stayed at over 12 properties over the years , but this one wins hands down by miles . The property is so well stocked with everything you need, so clean , amazing interior , it was a privilidge to stay there , none of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay Only one small glitch during our stay but credit to the Management Company and owner , it was sorted within twelve hours ( overnight) of us reporting it to them We will definatly recommed this place to everyone who wants ot visit Orlando Thanks from a very happy family from Dublin

A Vacation to Remember and a Great Place to Re Visit

My wife and I and our three kids had been touring around Florida for two weeks and for our third week we booked into Davids villa Our first thoughts as we entered into the property was , this is amazing . As we explored each room it was like entering an Aladinns cave , each room was perfectly themed and furninshed ,and the villa was spotlessly clean. The pool area , our kids just loved it , they spent so much time in the pool having the time of their lives , there are great views of the conservation area at the rear also , ideal to relax by , have a drink and unwind after a day out , . The villa just blew our mind A big thanks to the owner also , he replied promptly to all our e mails and gave us usefull tips to help during our stay , we really wished we had booked longer at this villa , which when we return to Florida we most certainly will do A Big Thanks from the Kingsman family ( Perth Scotland)

The home was very clean and comfortable for a group with kids included. It is located in Davenport just over the border from the county which the Orlando area attractions are located. If you want to be able to relax when not at an attraction this is a good option. There is a Walgreen's and Publix plaza within a mile as well for things you need in a pinch or to get what you need to cook rather than go out for every meal. I will be back there.

We stayed here with one toddler and a 6 month old and 5 adults and we never got in each other's way. It was beautiful and the pool was great at the end of a long day. It was very clean and felt just like home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a house to stay in during your vacation.

When can we go back? is the only question on our minds at the moment. The villa is stunning and the owner David definitely goes out of his way to make your stay perfect (we now think of him as a friend) Our flight was delayed by several hours so the delightful bag of goodies that David left for us on arrival lifted our spirits after a very long day. The house was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location and it is by far the best we have ever stayed in during all of our visits to the area. I would have no trouble recommending it to others and we are already saving for our next stay.

There is no doubt when we return to Florida we will be staying at this villa. From the time I inquired about this villa to the end of our vacation, I can honestly say everything was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. I have never encountered an owner as kind and gracious as David. He assisted us with an honest answer to every question we had and did it in a very timely matter. We also were greatly impressed at the gift pack of food and drink that awaited us at the villa when we arrived after a long day of travel. Thanks again David for that unexpected surprise! The villa itself was everything the pictures detailed and then some. Everyone in our family was very impressed with the house and pool. The house was so spacious and clean it was unbelievable. The master bedroom was the largest and most accommodating bedroom that I have ever stayed in in all my travels. The pool and spa were outstanding. We only wish we could have spent more time at the villa. Next time we visit we will be sure to take time out to spend an entire day at the villa. Again, everything about this place exceeded all 6 of our family member's expectations. Usually when you are on a vacation it is always nice to get back home, but if you stay in this villa you will truly not want to leave. It is certainly the best "home away from home" I have ever encountered. So in closing, I would like to say to everyone that is contemplating staying at this house... The villa that makes you go "WOW"

When we arrived at the villa and went in everybody said "wow". It was very spacious and clean. We loved the layout if the villa. A downstairs double bedroom with ensuite provided my mother in law with her own space without using the stairs. The master bedroom is the biggest bedroom I have ever seen. The upstairs loft area was great for the children to relax while watching tv after a day at the parks. It was great to have the upstairs laundry room as this ment I had no washing to bring home. The pool area was wonderful. The children loved the pool. We were able to lie by the pool on the recliners or at the patio table. Getting to the parks was easy taking around 10 mins. There is a publix supermarket around 2 min drive from the villa. Without a doubt I will be returning to the villa and I would recommend this villa to anyone. The pool area was wonderful with

Situated as close to Disney as you can probably get, this sumptuous villa astounded us all on walking through the door. Although we had looked (many times) at the listing photo's and read the villa description until we could recite it - there was such a thrill to actually see the stunning furniture, decor, art works and amenities and then to feel the spaciousness of the entire property makes describing it's full impact impossible. The villa is decorated and furnished impeccably and to standards second to none. Spotlessly clean throughout, more than enough towels, bedding, crockery and facilities, we wanted for nothing throughout our stay and felt as though we were living in a palace. Information given to us in advance by the owner was true and accurate and he was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. This trip to Florida was a 'once in a life-time' holiday for our family and staying in this particular, outstanding, villa ensured that we all had a totally memorable time with many happy memories based in the villa its's self. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this villa to other people as it enhanced all that was good about our holiday and will bring a smile to all our faces for a long, long time to come.

Quality accommodation on every level

This is a beautifully furnished villa and the accommodation suited us perfectly. 3 families and still plenty of space for us all. It was lovely to watch the hot-air balloons rising early in the morning from the upstairs den and then sit by the pool in the evening and watch the sun go down over the conservation area - fantastic view. The kids were in the pool any spare minute they had and it was perfect for them. The Villa Management company was excellent - very friendly and easily on hand for any queries and the personal service offered by the owner prior to the trip answering queries and assisting with car hire, etc was also extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Would be more than happy to recommend this property and hopefully a return visit will not be too far away! The villa really made the holiday something special and we were all impressed by the quality of the accommodation.

Second Stay At This Gorgeous Property , Looking Forward To Our Third Stay !

My wife and I and two children stayed at the villa approx 3 years ago and were amongst the first guests , we loved the stay so much we always said we would love to come back again to this gorgeous home .However when we tried to book various dates they were always booked so we were so pleased when we managed to get a 10 day stay in Sept 10 . We knew what a faboulous place the villa was but there was a little trepidation in our minds taking into account how the interior would now look etc . When we arrived it only took one step through the front door and any small concerns we has were banished . The villa still has the WOW factor , exactly as pictured in the fotos shown on the web page , it was spotlessly clean on our arrival , still so bright and spacious , the interior looks like it has been done out by a professional interior designers , everything matching and co ordinated , and the owners had updated many items in the property which all added to the over all great look and feel . My kids so loved the pool , especially in the evening when the lighting in the pool takes effect ( the pool lights ot 4 differant colours).The kids rooms are close to the adult rooms and are two children felt very safe and happy in the property . My wife and I would spend a lot of time in the downstair areas whilst the two girs would spend most the time chilling out in the lovely den area upstairs ,I cannot praise D & P the owners enough, even though we have been to Fl 5 times I sent them over 50 e mails with various questions in the lead up to our trip and each time a reply was received promptly with an honest answer , you can really trust the owners of this villa .The property is close to Disney , shopping , resturaunts , and to return to the villa after a hard day out was a joy , knowing the comforts that awaited upon your return .Hats off also to the cleaners of the property and the Management Company who we contacted to ask a few questions , they are polite , friendly and professional . A big thank you again to the owners , we so look forward to our next trip to this property , we will most definate recommend the villa to friends , work mates etc

I decided to book a late Aug 10 vacation for a relaxing week for myself and my wife What can i say, the villa is absolulty gorgeously furished in so many lovely pieces of furniture , each room an experience in itself ,It is so spacious and spotlessly clean , you can loose yourself in the many rooms All of the rooms are furnished, so individually , however our favourite room was the den ,so large , a place to chill out with no noise to be heard, looking out onto the conservation area at the rear , so peacefull and tranquill , To sit by the pool late at night , having a dip in the lighted pool looking up at the dark skies encrusted with stars was magical But the property is also close to shopping and resturaunts and the theme parks when you venture out My wife and I came away so relaxed and refreshed after our stay , this place really is bliss and comes so highly recomended Our thanks to David who made the booking process so easy , his information on anything we asked was always honest and thruthfull We plan a visit next time with our granchildren and will book early before everyone hears about this great villa Greg

We had a fantastic time in Florida. The villa was delightful, incredibly spacious and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard. Its location was well placed for all the major theme parks and it was lovely to think that after a hard day at Disney we could come home and relax by our pool and spa. The owner and management comapny were both very helpful and we would highly recommend this property for families visiting Orlando. We were all very sad to leave, two weeks flew by!!

My wife and I along with our three kids stayed in this fantastic villa recently and it was just amazing. Cleanest place we have stayed and real nice beds, flat screen TV's everything you could want and more. Its also close to the parks and shopping - would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who's not looking for the run of the mill place but would like something a bit special.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in July 2009 for 11 nights which wasnt enough so we have rebooked for August 2011 for another visit. The villa is simply superb with everything and more than we could have wanted. The owner kept in touch before our visit with all the information that we needed to make our stay go without a hitch. The villa is full of light, beautifully decorated and furnished and very peaceful and in a superb location. I just cant wait to get back next year!

Great villa, great service, great holiday. All the personal touches like welcome food pack, candy in the rooms and even a christmas tree make staying at this villa a memory that my family treasure. We are planning another vacation Christmas 2011 and can't wait. Location is very good for all the Disney parks and quiet for those times when you need to recover. I can't praise this villa highly enough. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

great villa for large group of people

We stayed at this very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped villa with a group of 8 people, and there were space for at least two more only in the 5 sleeping rooms, not using the sofas in the two living rooms. From pool area you have a great outlook to the surrounding nature habitat. It was only a short drive to all those fun parks, although the villa was not near to any street noise. The owner David was so obliging and bought us a large welcome-package of food and drinks as a gift. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back someday. We easily are able, to recommend it.

This villa is a home away from home, we arrived to a beautiful, clean house and goodies galore! Welcome baskets lined the counter which was a welcome surprise after a long drive from Illinois.
