This listing on this site did reflect the rental appearance and amenities. The photos relate to this owners properties and are accurate. Well maintained, very clean and close to restaurants, rental activites and good shopping. The owners are wondeful folks, very helpful and do a excellent job. The We had a great time and weather was wonderful. I would recommend taking a cruise on the dinner boat called "CABO ESCAPE" and dinner at Mona Lisa (The view is to die for-this is a must) and also go swim with the Dolphins at Los Cabos. If you love Excellent Margaritas go to " Mr. Margaritas" at Todos Santos.

Hi, Ray thank you very much for allowing us all to stay in your Presidential Suites. Since we took all your Suites, including the Executive Suite we thought we would let you know they are all rated A+ with 5 Stars for us! You gave us V.I.P. treatment from the beginning to end. We thought your Suites were a the Perfect Location as we all wanted fine dinning but some wanted to just, have fun with the nightlife. The beach was so close for others they just had sand All day and sun. We noticed all the brand new sheets and supplies. This was great. The air-conditioning worked great. As I told you, this was important to us to have central air and not Boxes. We loved the Views of all of the Ocean and Marina. Your interior decorator was cool. We loved the 52 inch plasmas and I-Pod and I- Phone stations. Hi-tech was a shock in Mexico. Location, Location, Loacation

Location is the key with any property and specifically for vacation property. This property puts you in the heart of Cabo San Lucas within walking distance of everything our family was looking for. The Condo is well kept. It has a nice open layout with lots of natural lighting. The views are beautiful. The balconies overlook the marina. You can see all the way to "Lands End" where Lovers Beach is located. The 2 Bedrooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Each has a king size bed. There are 2 queen size sleeper couches in the living room area which are suitable for a nights rest, but not as comfortable as a bed. It was nice to have a computer with full internet access. We were able to check on various activities and restaurants on-line prior to heading out into town. The full kitchen made it convenient for breakfast and lunch preparation. The washer and dryer was a nice feature that allowed us to wash beach towels and some of our clothing daily as needed. The pool area leaves a little to be desired, but it was a nice place to get some early morning sun while reading a book as Cabo came to life. Ray was very helpful to us as we planned our vacation. He responded almost immediately to all of my email inquiries with advice or resources. He made it seem like we were old friends. As noted in many of the reviews, location couldn't be better. You walk out the front of the Plaza Nautica and you're on Marina Blvd., the main road through Cabo. You walk out the back and you're at the marina within a few minutes of many good restaurants, bars, excursions and water taxis. Many of the restaurants and clubs we predetermined we wanted to visit were within 5 -10 minutes walking distance. You could take a nice 20 minute scenic stroll around the marina to get to Medina Beach or for $2 per person, one way, you can catch a water taxi that gets you there in 5 minutes. We usually took a water taxi to the beach and walked home. The girls enjoyed shopping as we walked back through the marina and the boys enjoyed sampling the endless watering holes along the way. Lovers Beach is a must visit. Water taxi is the only way to get there. $5 per person round trip is what we paid. Every price is negotiable. I Highly recommend Maro's Shrimp House any night and The Office (on the beach) on Thursday evening for Mexican Fiesta night. Great food & fun. Go to Happy Ending cantina. Good fun! We look forward to an opportunity to return to Cabo.

Hi Ray, we want to thank you for letting us stay in your Beautiful Presidential Suite. For others you should know first that you are in good, hands from start to finish and Ray and his staff with Eren do a super job. We were delighted. So, what are the Pro’s: Hugh Suite as big as our home and with 52 plasmas TV’s and DVD players all over. We really liked that each of us had our own private terrace to spend time on from our separate bedrooms. You have views in every direction. The Ocean is right in front so really we never wanted to leave the room. We felt like we were on it. We loved the central air-conditioning. This may sound small but we have been to places where the just have a box in the wall. The location is the best! No kidding we could walk to everything easy and a car would have been a waist of money. Ray keeps his place immaculate in every way with all utensils and bedding available on the spot. The negative: We could not stay longer. Thanks for a great vacation. My wife and I loved it! 5 Stars from us. Jon and Dee

When we first opened the doors to the Presidential Suite, we were so pleased how absolutely lovely it was! It was light, bright and cheerful--well furnished with gigantic TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The views were amazing from the balconies. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. It was also very clean and the kitchen cabinets were well stocked with all the essentials for cooking and eating. There were also beach towels, beach umbrella and cooler available to use on our daily trips to the beach. It was also nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit which was useful after our beach trips everyday. The best thing about this property, besides the unit itself, was how close everything was to it! EVERYTHING is within walking distance! We did not rent a car because we didn't NEED to! From shopping at the finer silver shops to local open markets, you will find all the Mexican treasures your heart desires! There are even nice art galleries in which to browse (and buy). We walked to the marina and beach daily.There are so many activities available, it is hard to choose! One day, we rented jet skis and rode out to see the famous Cabo Arch, Lover's Beach, and all the great scenery of Cabo. Also while on the jet skis, we actually saw seals, turtles and dolphins! It was amazing! The next day, we went snorkeling on the Ecocat (one of the largest catamaran in the marina) which took us to a fantastic spot where we saw many different fish and sea life. It was about a 3-4 hour round trip (for only $35 USD person) which included snorkeling, snorkeling gear, free lunch and open bar!!! This is a must do and a great bargain in our opinion! In the evenings, we would walk to the marina where there were so many different restaurants to choose from. Seafood was great and of course the local Mexican dishes were delicious. One particular daily favorite spot is Taco Cantina (right in front of the Plaza Nautica) which has the best shrimp tacos in town! I think we ate here everyday and we always had the shrimp tacos. Beers are very inexpensive ($2) and margaritas ($3.50) were yummy! Fun nightspots include Squid Roe, Cabo Wabo, Zoo, and so many others--ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! No need for taxis at the end of the evening! This was a very fun time--7 day vacation with 3 other couples. The Presidential Suite was well worth it--nothing can beat its location! We will be back next year!!! Thanks Ray, Eren and Viviana!

You made a believer out of us! Thank you Ray for a great planned vacation. Everything mentioned on your website was right on. We spent many evenings dining and also walking around the Marina. The Views are beautiful and your location was superb. Your private cleaning staff (Eren) was a delight to work with and also gave us many tips for places to go. Swim with the dolphins was our favorite right next to this Presidential Suite. Everything was clean and having the corner unit of the building was wonderful. Very relaxing! Plaza Nautica - not the best for the money

Pros to property: Staff is very warm and welcoming The inside of the condo is nice and clean The view is nice if you overlook the immediate view of the large dirt lot directly behind the condo. The location is great in proximity to restaurants, bars and shopping. Cons: The pool is unheated, small, and not condusive to relaxing since there is a gym that also occupies the space and we had to listen to very loud rap music the entire time. Very close to a strip club - loud music until late at night Walls are thin - we heard the people above us walking on the tile with high heels at all hours. There was an ant infestation when we were there - lots of them all over the kitchen and bathroom counters.

Owner response:Certain season can bring out a bug known and told to us as a boo boo fly or a very small tiny insect which actually flys. These are not ants and it is important to clean anything sticky, i.e. drinks or food off the counters. We are very sorry you had to deal with these little critters. Thank you for giving us the Positive Review on everything else. We will try our best to improve.

Hi Ray, I am a friend of the Guest you rented your Presidential Suite to. As you can see they put me in charge of thanking you which is a pleasure to do. The maids did an outstanding job in preparing the suite. It was so clean and nice top to bottom. The views were fantastic and we did take your advice to see the whales.The Presidential Suite had it All and we loved the two 52 inch Plasma TV's and Computer too. This was our 3rd trip to Cabo and we pretty much know what to expect. We were surprised to see how well maintained and clean the owner keeps this property.This Presidential Suite came with 2 52" TV'S with one even in the bedroom. Great Idea! We were located in the middle of town and Ray was right by saying no car was needed. It would have sat the whole time. Everything is in Full View and we went whale watching right off the Marina, 40 yards away.Cabo Wabo and all the restuarants were all next to us, yet we had plenty of privacy as this unit is located in the corner all to our selves. Ray we give you 5 Stars! Thanks for all you added info on our trip. JF/and CF

I must say I was very surprised with the detail of this Presidential Suite. Simply it has everything you could imagine. No Car was required and everything was within walking distance including Cabo Wabo, Margarita Ville and Hard Rock. The best of Dining was no more than 25 feet away on the Marina and Ocean.You will love the location and the Beach. wow!!! is all i can say. this is the best vacation i ever had. this was an all new condo with almost 2000 sq. ft. of open room overlooking the ocean and marina. views from every room. it was great for us girls, as we did not want to drive to places. every nite club and resturant was at our front door. the emineties were awsome!! first class thanks for this great get away.
