Plus we don't charge tax.Any Beach Front Hotel will charge $189.99 plus tax and room tax for a Direct Ocean Front Room and their deck is very small their room is only 300 sq ft and sleep max 4 people plus $9.99/day for wifi.Our house/condo can sleep 12 people plus its 1400 sq ft and fully furnished with 50" Plama,34 Ft Deck,full kitchen, free wifi and cable, for only $200/nt off Season rate.
