The 30 feet pool and jacuzzi get the sun all day from early morning, but the large lanai provides some welcome shade and a ceiling fan. The large extended pool deck has an abundance of super-comfort furniture for ultimate relaxation. On one-third acre of magnificent landscaped gardens, this villa benefits from total privacy.
The huge gardens have night-time lighting and offer wonderful views, when enjoying a drink at the pool after a hectic day in the theme parks or stores. There are several citrus fruit trees, which include orange, lemon, and ruby red grapefruit and when in season, our guests are very welcome to pick them.
The villa is elegantly furnished, inviting and spacious. The superb accommodation consists of 2 king master en-suite bedrooms, 2 large bedrooms, which share a full bathroom, 2 sitting areas, 2 dining areas, fully equipped cherry mahogany kitchen with corian countertops, laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, utensils, ice-maker and filtered water dispenser.
All bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans. Family room has a large TV, DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2, French doors to pool. Child alarms on all doors to pool. All towels, linens and pool towels provided. Digital safe provided. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. All telephone calls are free.
