The Gulf Watch 2 bed 2 bath condo is on the top floor in the back block of the development. Gulf Watch is at the narrowest part of the island so you have views of the bay and a glimpse of the beach from our balcony. The balcony is screened to avoid bugs and faces south to maximise the daytime sun throughout the year. Being on the top floor there is no noise from neighbours above and it also gives you views of the bay from the kitchen nook and the Sunshine Skyway bridge on clear days! It is just 150yds from the ocean and over 7.5 miles of the main soft white sandy beach.It is an easy walk to shops restaurants and Bradenton beach pier, so no need to drink and drive! The condo is around 1200 sq ft and sleeps up to 6 using the sleeper sofa for children.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, fridge freezer, and cooker/range, dishwasher and washer dryer. The kitchen nook area has been remodelled to open up the living space even more.
There is an open plan lounge / dining area with TV with ( over 120 channels) DVD player and boom box.
