BAY FRONT...what a view! Sunsets are breathtaking..You will never want to leave! You will be right on the open Bay with a view that extends for miles. And if you need it, there is a dock for a large boat and a ramp for jet skiis.
In the back, there is also a large deck with a gate that locks, as well as a very large separate cement patio on the water, with perfect views from morning coffee through spectacular evening sunsets. You can sunbathe on the water without every leaving your backyard. Large Umbrellas, outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs, Weber grill included for your relaxing pleasure. Wonderful for families and friends to gather. Deck and Patio seat 12-25 people!
Just sit and watch the boats go by. Extremely private setting with trees on the perimeter of the backyard so you feel like you are on your own private island. Evenings you can sit on the patio under the lights and feel the warm breeze off the water.
If you want you can take a walk up to the beach. There is also a bay beach for children a mile up the road with swings and slides and warm shallow water to swim. Walk to the large A&P, Ice cream Palace or restaurants. 5 minute drive to Seaside Boardwalk. 4 Beach badges are provided.
Biking is absolutely wonderful with all the large, quiet streets. 3-4 Bicycles are provided for guests.
The house is on a quiet dead end street. Plenty of parking.
There are 4 very large bedrooms (one on main floor) which can easily sleep 9 or more. Additional beds/futons are available for more people and can easily fit in the large bedrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house can sleep up to 12 comfortably. There is 4 queen beds as well as 2 futons, cushion bed for kids and 1 queen sleeper sofa. There are 4 TV's ; one in the living room and 1 in each of the 3 bedrooms.
There are 2 Full Baths plus one additional shower.
The house also has a Living room, large Dining Room to seat 10, Fully stocked Kitchen with a breakfast bar, and large Sunroom overlooking the water... beautifully furnished with Central Air, Cathedral ceilings, Skylights and Ceiling fans in all rooms.
This is a beautiful two story home with views of the open bay from two of the four bedrooms and the sunroom. Not your average beach house!
Being right on the bay offers you a beauty, tranquility and privacy that can't be compared with any other spot on the shore.

I would highly recommend this rental to everyone.There is not a thing you need except to make your reservation.It is an amazing house and awesome location.We stayed the last weekend in September and couldn't have asked for better weather or place to stay.Beach is clean and restaurants are all close by.Not to mention many places to go for ice cream :) The owners are amazing as well and are there to please you.They make it a Dream vacation for you!If you choose this house all I can say is"I hope you enjoy it as much as we did and make as many memories as us."Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We stayed in this house with a group of 11 people for about one week. This house is amazing. Let's start off with the owner. She is a sweetheart! Great and understanding and will be just a text or phonecall away if you need help with ANYTHING during or prior to your stay. The house is in a dead end street. Pretty private and the neighbors are wonderful and cooperative. The house had plenty of sleeping space and very open living room area. The rooms are comfortable and the backyard view... to take your breath away. The house is just a 10 minute walk to seaside heights board walk and we didn't even want to leave the house. The entertainment was all at our house. Watching the sunset right on the bay was breathtaking.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I never had such an easy and great experience when dealing with a house. The owner is nothing but considerate and understanding as well as extremely kind and helping. The house was beautiful and well kept, but there was nothing like the back patio. The house is right on the bay and with such a big back patio you dont even need a beach. 5 starsRecommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This house was amazing just like the owners, they were nicest people. Although we didn't have the best weather, it didn't stop us from having a great time. The boardwalk is barely a five minute drive and every thing you could possibly need is within 15 minutes (grocery store, food, banks, etc.). My family stayed at this beautiful house on the bay for two weeks in August and had THE BEST time! The bedrooms are very spacious, and the back property is just magnificent... private, view of the open bay, plenty of seating, and a ramp for our kayaks! I am hoping to rent this house again next summer! The owners were beyond accommodating... we feel lucky to have crossed paths with them - simply wonderful people! The sunsets are to die for, and our overall experience is one we will never forget!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I just came back from Memorial Day Weekend at Doreen's house, and I already want to come back. My friends and I had the greatest time at the house it was truly amazing. The beach and boardwalk was an easy walk away, and we were able to have a great weekend without any cars. Doreen made sure are stay was great, and I can surely say that my friends and I had one of the best weekends of our lives there. Thanks so much for everything again Doreen! Everyone who is interested in renting, don't hesitate!
