All is yours to experience at Casa Canadianna, our well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront "piece of paradise" a mere 25 minute drive north from the Puerto Vallarta airport.
The open main floor plan of this beautiful home features marble floors, tiled kitchen countertops complete with eating bar, a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, five burner gas stove, microwave and garburator, and a large combined dining/family room to allow versatility for entertaining. Patio doors open to the pool and garden area where you can sit comfortably on the covered patio and enjoy the outdoors while waiting for the cook of the family to grill your supper on the Weber gas BBQ, or, if you'd rather, overlook the ocean from the grassed sitting area or walk through the yard gate to sit directly on the beach.
A full size bathroom is located on the main floor, as well as a separate laundry area with a large capacity washer/dryer for your added convenience. Go up the marble staircase to the two large bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom houses a king size bed; the second bedroom, two twin beds which can be used as such or moved together to create a king sized bed.
Both bedrooms have patio doors opening on to the balcony overlooking the garden, pool and ocean. Take your morning cup of coffee and bask in the serenity the balcony offers. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and are air conditioned for your added comfort. The second full size bath is located off the master bedroom.
Our bilingual property manager will greet you within the first day of your stay and is happy to answer any of your questions or concerns. She is a mere phone call away and all local calls from our home telephone are included in your stay. Maid service will be provided on a bi-weekly basis. The pool and garden area is also maintained by off site living staff.
Nearby Bucerias, a quaint Mexican town a comfortable 20 minute beach walk away, provides fine dining, shopping, a gorgeous beach and an amazing Sunday market where you can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables as well as shrimp and the catch of the day. Pick up a bag of oranges and head home to use the juicer and/or blender to experience the ultimate taste of freshly squeezed orange juice or more tantalizing concoctions of your own choosing! Accompany this with some grilled fresh shrimp and you have the ultimate Sunday brunch!!!
The unique fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is close by and also provides shopping and dining opportunities. Puerto Vallarta's cultural experiences, shopping and fine dining are a reasonably priced taxi ride away. A car rental would be a great asset so you can explore the wonderful beach areas found close at hand in the likes of Sayulita, Punta de Mita and San Francisco (also known by locals as San Pancho).
