Enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee peacefully watching the spectacular sunrises on your very own large (12' x 30'), private walkout deck. Then end the day gazing at the beautiful sunset reflections.
When romance is in the air, or the evening turns cold, enjoy the warmth and glow of a fire in the fireplace. And should you find the day’s temperature too warm, you can cool off in the comfort of central air conditioning.
The large single bedroom boasts a new king-size bed for a roomy, comfortable and restful sleep, along with plenty of closet and drawer space for all your belongings. There is also a queen-size pullout sofa in the living room.
Restaurants, shopping and golf are nearby. Vermont’s second largest city, Rutland, is only 20 minutes away. Shopping at Manchester or the Lake George outlets is less than an hour away. And for horse racing fans, Saratoga Springs is just 60 miles away.
For the winter season there's ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. And for the downhill skier or snowboarder, Killington/Pico and Okemo are just 40 minutes away.

We enjoyed a wonderful, warm, sunny (not hot) week at Lake Bomoseen, made even more enjoyable by the wonderful hosts. It's a great location with lots of other things to do if the weather is uncooperative. We definitely plan to return again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners.

From the moment we arrived on the deck, we couldn't believe how fortunate we were. The rental was amazing, the views outstanding. Water skiers everywhere. The owners were friendly and very helpful even taking us on their pontoon boat for a tour. We hit it off right away. Our dog and their dogs became fast friends. We invited them out for a meal before we left to show our appreciation. We stayed in the summer of 2009 and plan to return. Two weeks here for less than the cost of one week at the Jersey shore.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

My wife and I found this home to be a very clean, spacious, and exceptionally enjoyable home to be at. We were located in the woods and on a beautiful lake where we had lots of fun with our Black Lab. who also had a great time. The owner and her mother are very helpful if you need them and nice to talk to. Highly recomended for a relaxing vacation.
