The Little Yellow Cottage is in the BEST PG location. Park your car, and walk to everything! Beaches, restaurants, shops, antiques, movies, museums! One mile stroll along the beach to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Outlet Shopping. Our favorite restaurants are within 2 blocks of our home ~ Peppers, Wildfish, Toasties, Red House Cafe!
Located in the heart of downtown Pacific Grove, this turn-of-the-century Pacific Grove Historical Cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and can accommodate 6+ people comfortably (2 Queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 single sofabed). Fully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, linens, TVs (3) & family videos, Sony Playstation & videogames, fireplace, washer/dryer. Nice deck, bbq, and patio set for relaxing outdoors!

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights. The location is unbeatable. You can walk everywhere, literally. Parking was an issue during the day because of all the businesses around. The house itself was small but comfortable. It has 3 full-size beds, (if you don't count the single futon). The kitchen is extremely well stocked if you like cook your meals in like us. The owners were really easy to contact and friendly.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children.

This little yellow cottage was perfect!! We have 3 children and enjoyed being able to cook some meals at home having everything we needed.. We loved being in the middle of everything, the Aquarium, restaurants, beach, shopping... We will recommend this to many families in our home town as a perfect getaway. We've stayed at the "Little Yellow Cottage" twice now. Much better than a hotel or lodge -- three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a futon and a couch. Right in the center of Pacific Grove, a three minute walk to great restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of Lovers Point and the jogging/biking trail along the coast or into Monterey. Quaint and comfortably furnished, and reasonably priced. We hope to be able to go back soon. Owner is wonderful to work with.
