Our 4 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and 2 other bedrooms have queens. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds. There are 31/2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large porch with spectacular views of Northstar Mountain. There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room, TVs in the library and master bedroom, a wood-burning stove in one bedroom, and lots of books, games, and puzzles for all to enjoy. There’s a grill on the porch, and a hot tub on the north side of the house. We provide robes and flip-flops for getting to and from the hot tub.

Northstar is located 7 miles south of Breckenridge in Tordal Estates at the bottom of Hoosier Pass. The house’s address is 55 Troll Road. It’s a peaceful neighborhood both summer and winter because it’s out of town. Yet it’s close to world-class fishing on both sides of Hoosier Pass (i.e., the South Platte River in Park County and the Blue River in Summit County), and both Nordic and alpine skiing at Breckenridge Ski Area (10 minutes away), Copper Mountain (25 minutes away), Keystone (30 minutes away), Arapahoe Basin which stays open until June (30 minutes away), and Vail (45 minutes away). There’s also golf at Jack Nicklaus’s only public course just north of Breckenridge.

Summers are special at Northstar, We have swings and a sandbox for youngsters, a regulation horseshoe pit, and a lawn large enough to play badminton and croquet at the same time. It's even big enough for a friendly game of touch football or baseball. The pergola is perfect for quiet happy hours...or even a wedding.

Northstar is a very special retreat for the whole family...year round.
