The 1500 square feet, one bedroom condo includes one queen size bed, one double size bed, two full-size bathrooms, with two marble showers and two marble bathes, laundry room with full washer and dryer and cleaning supplies. Beautiful 30 feet x 9 feet patio adds to the specious of this unit. Wireless Internet is located in the lobby.
Deluxe kitchen with stainless double-sided refrigerator with icemaker, range, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, pots, pans and dishes. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom, two 29 inch televisions.

Many restaurants to chose from nearby, or head into downtown Vallarta, 20 minutes by taxi or taking public bus from Paradise Village.

We just enjoyed a lovely week at Playa Royale. Endless, wide sandy beach. The condo was comfortable, secure and clean. Comfy mattress, large balcony with a pleasant view of the pool and beach. It was nice to have two full bathrooms. We rented a car, but it is not mandatory, as shopping and restaurants are on the shuttle route. Our favorite area restaurant is within walking distance. Enjoy! We hated to leave, and hope to rent this condo again.

Stayed at this property in August 2007 and it was beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and immaculate. Everythin was spotless and clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Playa Royale and would not hesitate to go again.
