Enjoy a weeks stay in these two villas that both share the same fourth floor privacy and view of the ocean( 50 Feet Away ). The villas are a few doors away from each other and are ideal for large or multiple families vacationing together.
From the Ocean View villa, the clear view of the beach and ocean from the balcony allows you to watch your kids in playground or on the beach while relaxing on your balcony or living room. On the Ocean Front Villa, wake up with your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise on your private balcony that faces the ocean and overlooks the ocean dunes below. Enjoy falling asleep the sound of the ocean in both of these condos as it is minute walk to a private beach, open only to Island Club guests.
Both properties include two bedrooms with two full baths. The master bedroom has a single KING bed, a view of the ocean, and its own private full bath. The second bathroom offers a two twin beds that make it ideal for siblings or guests. The main living area boasts a full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Adjacent is a dining area and family room complete with a full entertainment center, private balcony, and sofa with pull-out bed. Both villas are easily accessible by stairs or elevators that lead directly to the parking lot and make moving in and out easy.
You could spend the entire week without leaving the Island Club neighborhood with its 24-hour security. It offers three swimming pools, nine tennis courts with a pro shop, racquetball court, and fitness club. Kids especially like the playgrounds and lagoons with fish, ducks, and turtles. Evenings can be enjoyed at the community's gazebos and barbeque areas, with community-organized events, or walking the miles of peaceful beach.
Within a biking distance of the Island Club is a miniature golf area and shopping arena the offers pizza, ice cream, shops, and movie rental. There a two malls within a 10 minute drive as well as Hilton Head's famous golf courses. Who can forget the famous light house.
