Furniture, linens, mattresses, appliances, electronics.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you will need from espresso maker to nice wine glasses and serving dishes for your evening appetizers! Just what you need to watch the spectacular sunsets on the deck off the master bedroom overlooking the conservation and inter-coastal rivers. This unit also has a second deck off the living room-kitchen- dining great room that faces east with a view of the ocean where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Oceanwalk is a gated community with 24 hour security. It is directly across the street from the beach. (A1A, a.k.a. South Atlantic Avenue). The Beach Cottage Condo is in building #9 on the fourth floor and only a five minute walk from your door to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach. This pristine beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas.
The Oceanwalk condo complex consists of all new buildings with loads of amenities such as tennis, basketball, shuffle board, a generous swimming pool, a hot tub, clubhouse with exercise equipment and a sauna, plus easy access to the amusement parks in Orlando, the famous Daytona International Speedway which features racing on select dates and track tours year round, the Kennedy Space Center and much, much more! Additionally, New Smyrna Beach is known for their quaint cafes, numerous antique shops, plentiful shopping opportunities and New Smyrna Beach earned the distinction of being named one of the "100 Best Small Art Towns in America" & 'One of the Top Ten Beaches in the USA'.
Besides the amenities listed below, there is a big screen TV in the family room with DVD, VCR, CD player with Surround Sound. TV's and DVD players in every bedroom

This was my third year renting this condo and, as usual, we were very pleased with the accomodations. We enjoy the end unit with views of sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. The proximity to the beach is also a plus as well as a choice of 2 pools. My granddaughters prefer the one with the waterfall! Once again our first meal upon arrival was at JB's Fishcamp, a favorite spot for all ages in our group. Many thanks for sharing your condo with us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a great location and perfect for me to have my children take a few friends. Each had a room and they used the same bathroom. There is plenty of room. We all sat at the table for dinner and at the bar for breakfast. The pool was very nice and the beach is close enough to walk in minutes. Would return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

As two senior couples, we really enjoyed your place. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo. We loved the fact that it was a corner unit with 2 balconies and lots of sunny windows. The kitchen was the best equipped of all the condos we have rented. You must be a great cook! It was close to the clubhouse and we even went in the hot tub in January. A fun thing to do for us was to walk the New Smyrna Dunes boardwalk on the other side of town. Every time we visit New Smyrna we do the dune walk. We also enjoyed a great seafood lunch at the Fisherman's restaurant going towards the national park. Thanks again for a wonderful week.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
