Our beautiful condominium located on the 8th floor of tower III at Edgewater Beach Resort affords you peaceful morning sunrises and glorious sunsets. High enough to gain a terrific view of the broad white sand beach and emerald Gulf, but low enough to enjoy the beautiful manicured landscape and tropical poolside music.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private garden tub in the master bathroom. There's a comfortable queen size bed in the guess bedroom and a full bath. The living room looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico and has a full size sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The fully equipted kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you need plus a full size counter for informal meals and snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen you'll find a comfortable dining area with seating for four.
Relax with your morning coffee on the deck and listen to the gentle waters as they wash up on the white sand beach. Later in the day enjoy the spectacular sunset over the Gulf as you prepare for some nightlife at any of the great restaurants and 'watering holes' that are located within a short drive from Edgewater.
There are three pools including the famous 11,000 sq. ft. Lagoon pool that sports waterfalls and hot tubs. As you can imagine with a pool that large there's plenty of sun deck area designed to help you work on your tan.

STAYED AT THIS UNIT FOR ONE MONTH WITH MY HUSBAND..2011 THE VACATION WAS AMAZING..AND ONE THING THAT MADE IT GREAT WAS THE CONDO. IT WAS CLEAN,HAD ALL THAT WAS NEEDED AT YOUR FINGERTIPS , AMAZING VIEW PLUS A GREAT RESTURANT ON THE PROPERTY THE OWNERS WERE GREAT AND ATTENDED TO OUR CONCERNS. I INTENDED TO WRITE THIS ON RETURN IN MARCH BUT THINGS GOT IN THE WAY....WITH ANOTHER SEASON COMING WAY TO SOON ONCE AGAIN MY THOUHTS RETURN TO THE SUNNY SOUTH LynnRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
