  Very fine apartment. All is very pure, convenient, all regularly works. The apartment is very conveniently located. Ocean and a beach in five minutes of walking, also in five minutes of walking some minimarkets and a supermarket. In two next streets all restaurants and bars are located. I recommend this apartment for you holigay.

  My partner and I had been saving for a holiday all year and we knew that where we stay would make or break the holiday. Every apartment review said something about filth or cockroaches.... until i found this gem. At first i thought the price was listed wrong and felt guilty but no...it is a bargain...but not for long i suspect. We arrived and fell in love, from the front door you can see the entrance to the beach a stone throw away. When you walk into the apartment you will be pleasantly surprised by how clean everything is. The bed is comfy, the fridge is huge and the shower is stunning. In this apartment you feel safe and perfectly at home. When you walk out of the apartment you are surrounded by shops for everything! Not far from restaurants for every palette and Collins ave- the outside shopping mall where your shopping needs are met. If you are a party animal you are not far from the clubs, but if thats not your scene you are far away enough to not even notice there is a 'scene'. We planned so many things to do.....but the beach is so beautiful and the apartment was so welcoming we just rested... as someone from london id forgotten what that felt like. The review sounds to good to be true, however when you get back from Miami people will be saying the same about your review of the apartment. We have already started planning our trip for next year!!

  This is the perfect place to stay in SoBe if you want to be right in the middle of everything but still have a quiet area to have a lie in after a late night. It is the perfect location for the Beach and with all of the fabulous restaurants on Espanola Way, Collins and Ocean Drive only 5 minutes away you really couldn't choose a better spot. Large Supermarket just round the corner too. The Apartment has everything you will need and is clean and tidy with plenty of space. The owners really have thought of everything including information leaflets and maps which were a great help when we first arrived. We will definitely go back again when we venture back over the pond hopefully sometime soon!

  If you are looking for something right in the middle of South Beach this is THE place for you. Apartment accommodated four of us comfortably. Close to the beach. Clean and at affordable rate. Highly recommend.

  My 3 best friends and I stayed in the apartment for a 10 day holiday before our university graduation. All four of us loved the apartment and even though there is just one bedroom we found it accommodated us brilliantly, we were never cramped for space (and for 4 girls with A LOT of clothes that's impressive!) Ed, Paul, Lucy and Vicky were all fab and got everything organised perfect, not that we had any problems that needed sorting. Perhaps the best feature of the apartment was the location, because the apartment is on a side street you don't have to worry about any noise, even though it was so close to the all amenities we were never disturbed or kept up. There are supermarkets across the road, all the main shops and restaurants are a 10minute walk away (if that) and it took around 2minutes in the morning to get to the beach (perfect!) We would highly recommend this apartment to couples, families or groups of friends.

  I've stayed in this place twice now and looking forward to our third visit. It's the sort of holiday place you feel you could live in full time! - has all the mod cons and its tastefully furnished. I would say its not great for 4 people for a long time, bit of a squeeze for a week but with access to the apartment next door too it makes for a great place for a few couples or a group of friends. 2 blocks to the beach, great for nightlife and restaurants. washing machine dryer is useful for taking limited luggage and kitchen perfectly decent for cooking to save $$'s. Def would recommend to friends for good value place to stay in Miami - much better than a hotel.

  Having stayed here before with 4 adults, we returned this year to find the place as clean and well maintained as it was on our first visit a year earlier. The apartment is lovelier than in the pictures. The description of the location and layout is accurate and will suited to our search for sun, shopping, good food and nightlife. The booking staff could not be more professional or friendlier and the local staff was prompt and attentive when called. If you prefer to stay in, the kithchen is fully equiped for whipping up meals. Having just survived a week that reset the records for the coldest temperatures in Miami in the last ten years, we were happy to have this amount of space, cable and WiFi at our disposal. This apartment is a good value for the price. We highly recommend this apartment.

  Thank you for such a well organised and presented apartment and holiday stay. The photographs do not do the place justice for as a family of three adults we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space available, and the high standard of amenities. Many thanks to Vicky who serviced the apartment half way through our stay increasing our comfort levels. Would have been easier to have a second set of keys. The Apartment is perfectly situated for the beach, shopping, and SoBe nightlife with plenty of variety to meet all tastes and age groups, do hire a car and visit the everglades and keys well worth the effort. Would definitely stay there again!

  We found the apartment clean as can be with all needs catered for inside. A great location and a super base for exploring SoBe. Just 5 mins. from the beachfront action. As ever, all the people involved in the booking were responsive and professional. Thanks Ed, Paul, Lucy and Vicky! We hope to re-book same time next year!
